Service and prices are okay, but not everything went smoothly. The staff is friendly and tried hard, unfortunately the communication does not work so well and the opening times are not always kept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen Optoma Projektor reparieren lassen. DLP Rad und Lampe wurden gewechselt. Sehr gutes Service und Know-how. Aufgrund der hohen Auftragslage und der Sommerferien und der zu bestellenden Komponenten hat es zwar etwas länger gedauert und es gab ein paar Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten, aber Herr Johann und sein Team waren stets freundlich und kulant. Preisleistung passt und auf jedenfall zu Empfehlen!
Had an Optoma projector repaired. DLP wheel and lamp were changed. Very good service and know-how. Due to the high order situation and the summer holidays and the components to be ordered, it took a little longer and there were a few communication difficulties, but Mr. Johann and his team were always friendly and accommodating. Price performance fits and definitely to be recommended!
