K	Karl Strasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am Samstag, 20.1.18, um 09:50 Uhr angerufen und Nachricht hinterlassen - bis heute kein Rückruf. Unter Service verstehe ich etwas anderes - da hilft auch kein Beitrag vom ORF. Ich hab's nochmals probiert ... am 28.8.19 eine Mail geschrieben. Darauf eine Antowrt erhalten mit eventuellem Lösungsvorschlag des Problems bzw. Hinweis, dass wir uns Vor ORt Termin ausmachen sollen ... ich habe in meinen Mails immer meine Mobil-Nummer bekanntgegeben. Gut, kein Anruf von dem Herrn, obwohl ich darum gebeten habe ... Anruf auf der hier bekannt gegebenen Mobilnummer hat auch nichts gebracht - kein Rückruf - jetzt eine Woche später nochmals versucht den Herrn telefonisch zu erreichen ... leider! Er hat offenbar zuviele Kunden und findet es nicht der Mühe Wert, sich mal zu melden. Sehr schade! Ich hab's nun, 3.9.19, nochmals mit einer Mail probiert und habe als Anwort erhalten, dass er total ausgelastet ist ... das wusste er vor einer Woche noch nicht? Wirklich eine Frechheit!! Called on Saturday, 20.1.18, at 09:50 clock and leave a message - until today no callback. Under service I understand something else - there is no contribution from the ORF. I tried it again ... wrote an e-mail on 28.8.19. On it a Antowrt received with a possible solution suggestion of the problem or note, that we should make out before ORT appointment ... I have always announced in my mails my mobile number. Well, no call from the Lord, although I have asked ... Call on the mobile number announced here has also brought nothing - no call back - now a week later again trying to reach the Lord by phone ... unfortunately! He obviously has too many customers and does not think it's worth the effort to get in touch. A shame! I have it now, 3.9.19, tried again with a mail and have received as a response that he is fully utilized ... he did not know that a week ago? Really a joke !!

Bei diesem Service kann man nur voll des Lobes sein. Einerseits hofft man natürlich immer, keine gröberen Hardware-/Softwareprobleme zu bekommen, sollten diese aber auftreten, ist für mich klar, wen wir anrufen werden. Excellent handling, quick appointments and completion in record time, very friendly and competent advice. One can only be full of praise for this service. By far the best. Don't ramble about taking it to the laboratory. Finds and corrects errors quickly and on site. Besides a nice and polite person.

Ich hoffe ich brauche ihn zeitnah nicht mehr, sollte dennoch wieder was mit meinem PC sein, sehr gerne wieder. He came very punctually, fault was found immediately and fixed within a few minutes. I hope I don't need it in the near future, but should something happen to my PC again, I'd be happy to use it again.
