E	Erich Mayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bereits 3 mal dort und kann mit voller Überzeugung sagen dass alle - bis auf den jungen Magister der Pharmazie mit den dunklen Haaren - zum Wegschmeißen sind! Dieser junge Mann hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen und war sehr bemüht! Die blonden älteren Damen hingegen (grazil wie aus einem Bilderbuch) verbringen mehr Zeit mit dem Tratschen als kundenorientiert zu agieren. Als sie gesehen haben, dass ich schon ungeduldig warte, haben sie einen Kollegen von hinten gerufen und mich gebeten auf die andere Seite zu gehen! Schade... Es war das letzte Mal, dass ich bei euch war!!! Ein Tipp an die 2 hübschen älteren Damen: auch wenn das Freunde oder Familie sind... Zuerst Kunden bedienen, dann weiterquatschen und nicht umgekehrt!!! The blond older women, on the other hand (graceful like from a picture book) spend more time gossiping than acting in a customer-oriented manner. When they saw that I was waiting impatiently, they called a colleague from behind and asked me to go to the other side! Too bad ... It was the last time that I was with you! A tip to the 2 pretty older ladies: even if they are friends or family ... First serve customers, then continue chatting and not the other way around!

Bei Fragen zu den Medikamenten bekommt man immer fundierte Information. Eine Erfrischungsecke mit Tee zur Selbstbedienung, sehr nett. Ich gehe gern dorthin! My experiences with this pharmacy are consistently good and very good. Competent advice and friendliness are lived here. If you have any questions about the medication, you always get sound information. A refreshment corner with tea for self-service, very nice. I like to go there!

Ein hochgewachsener Herr mit lockigen Haaren und Brillen, vermutlich Ende 40, Anfang 50, ist leider nicht in der Lage seine Kunden zu begrüßen bzw. zurück zu grüßen. Vielleicht ist es auch Firmen-Politik die Kundschaft anhand von vorgegeben Schablonen zu bedienen. Zwei weitere Damen, die offensichtlich Dienst taten waren auch mehr in ihr Privatgespräch vertieft und waren nicht wirklich motiviert sich zum Pult zu bewegen. Kann schon sein, dass ich nicht in die A-Kategorie der gewollten Geldbringer gehöre, weil eine der beiden schnell bereit war eine nach mir hereinkommende Kundin zu beraten. Freundlichkeit ist keine Verpflichtung, höflich sein hingegen schon. Aber scheinbar kann es sich der Inhaber dieser Apotheke leisten solche Mitarbeiter (besagter "Herr") auf die Kunden loszulassen, vielleicht verfügt diese Person über andere Fähigkeiten, die im Verborgenen liegen.... The "Old Crown Pharmacy" shines in a dubious charm. A tall man with curly hair and glasses, probably in the late 40s, early 50s, is unfortunately unable to greet or greet his customers. Two other ladies, who were apparently on duty, were more engrossed in their private conversation and were not really motivated to move to the podium. Friendliness is not an obligation, polite, however, already. But apparently, the owner of this pharmacy can afford to let such employees (said "gentleman") on the customers, maybe this person has other abilities hidden in the ....
C	Chris Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste Apotheke in Wr. Neustadt. Bedienung immer top und kaum Wartezeiten. Auch die Dosis wird vermerkt, ganz im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Apotheken der Stadt. Schade, dass man dort so schlecht parken kann, ist meine Lieblingsapotheke. Best Pharmacy in Wr. Neustadt. Service always top and hardly any waiting times. The dose is also noted, unlike most other pharmacies in the city. Too bad that you can park there so bad is my favorite pharmacy.

Und bei meinem zweiten besuch in der Apotheke wurde eine junge dame neben mir wirklich sehr abwertend behandelt und das finde ich in so einem Unternehmen nicht in Ordnung da sollte man etwas mehr aufs Personal achten . I must honestly say that I've never been served so unfriendly. And on my second visit to the pharmacy, a young lady next to me was treated really very pejorative and I think that's not okay in such a company because you should pay more attention to the staff.

Die sind stets freundlich und bemüht alle fragen zu beantworten! Friendly & respectful !! I prefer to go to the two masters, younger gentleman around 37 years old & older lady around 50 years of age. They are always friendly and try to answer all questions!
L	LZ LZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die PCR Tests werden dort mit Abstand am schlechtesten durchgeführt. Die Leute verlassen die Tests mit Nasenbluten oder Brechreiz. Etwas mehr Gefühl so wie es an sämtlichen anderen Standorten Standard ist wäre sehr wünschenswert. The PCR tests are by far the worst performed there. People exit the tests with nosebleeds or nausea. A little more feeling, as is standard at all other locations, would be very desirable.
L	Lucas Svoboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich von der Apotheke her wären es 5 Sterne, Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle samt sehr freundlichen und nehmen sich auch zeit für den Kunden, ich sage explizit Mitarbeiterinnen, denn der Herr der auch Tests durchführt ist es nicht so. Starker Nachteil war (ist), dass PCR testen, von einem schlanken Herren mit dunklem lockigen haar, dank diesem Herr, hatte ich auf beiden Nasenlöcher Nasenbluten, als er ins zweite Nasenloch fuhr, hatte ich einen Brechreiz sogar und das von der Nase aus so tief war das und den ganzen Heimweg und auch noch zuhause eben Nasenbluten gehabt, ich habe dies noch am nächsten Tag gespürt. Diese tests macht man jetzt schon knapp 2 Jahre, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, bei den Damen hat es einwandfrei funktioniert, da kitzelt es halt ein wenig (was ja normal ist). Aber dieser Herr, muss ich sagen ist eine Frechheit! Ich habe selbst schon Leute getestet und ich weiß, dass auf keinen fall das Stäbchen mehr als die Hälfte rein muss, weil man eben so auch jemanden verletzen könnte! Basically from the pharmacy it would be 5 stars, the employees are all very friendly and also take their time for the customer, I say explicitly employees, because the gentleman who also carries out tests is not like that. Big disadvantage was (is) that PCR test, from a slim gentleman with dark curly hair, thanks to this gentleman, I had nosebleeds in both nostrils, when he went into the second nostril, I even had the urge to vomit and that from the nose like that it was deep and I had a nosebleed all the way home and also at home, I still felt it the next day. These tests have been done for almost 2 years now, but I've never experienced anything like it, it worked perfectly for the women, it tickles a little (which is normal). But this gentleman, I have to say, is a cheek! I've tested people myself and I know that under no circumstances does the chopstick have to go more than halfway in, because you could hurt someone that way!
