Ich habe den Laden betreten in der Hoffnung eine regenfeste Jacke fürs Radfahren zu finden. Daher gleich den ersten Verkäufer nach dem Eingang danach gefragt und zur Antwort bekommen: "Ja ja. Da müssen Sie sich an Hrn. Soundso wenden. Der ist dort hinten links und dann gradaus." Dieser Dialog wäre prinzipiell ja kein Problem, wäre dieses Spiel nicht so lange weiter im Kreis gegangen bis ich wieder bei Verkäufer 1 landete. So, meine Damen und Herren, geht Kundenservice - NICHT! Wenn sich niemand zuständig fühlt macht Ihr eben kein Geschäft mit mir. Freut sich wieder mal Big Jeff aus den Staaten. :/ PS: Nein, der Laden war nicht übermässig frequentiert. Mit mir waren ca. 3 andere Kundschaften im Geschäft. I'm not really one who likes to write negative reviews, but I've never seen anything like it was a week ago in a store. I entered the store hoping to find a waterproof cycling jacket. So I asked the first seller about it after the entrance and got the answer: "Yes, yes. You have to contact Mr. So-and-so. He's back there on the left and then straight ahead." In principle, this dialogue would not be a problem if this game hadn't gone on in circles for so long until I ended up back at seller 1. That, ladies and gentlemen, is customer service - NOT! If no one feels responsible, then you're not doing business with me. Happy again Big Jeff from the States. :/ PS: No, the shop was not overly frequented. There were about 3 other customers in the shop with me.

Sehr zu empfehlen ..... extrem freundliches und vor allem kompetentes Personal .... die Auswahl ist sehr groß und man findet sicher etwas Passendes ..... wir waren angenehm überrascht.... wird sicher unser Stammgeschäft. Was ich nicht schön fand, war auf meine Frage was die Reparatur meines Fahrrades kostet, die Antwort: ich soll mir ein neues kaufen... Bin eher ein Fan davon Sachen zu reparieren als neu zu kaufen. Vor allem ist mein Rad erst 5 Jahre alt. Just wanted to look through and then I found some :) The goods were placed nicely and clearly! What I didn't like was when I asked how much it would cost to repair my bike, the answer was: I should buy a new one... I'm more of a fan of fixing things than buying new. First of all, my bike is only 5 years old.
