Ich hab meine ersten Bestellungen aus Online Shops weil ich in keiner Trafik in meiner Nähe etwas brauchbares bekommen habe oder mir die Trafikanten sagten das sie das Nikotin Liquid nicht verkaufen dürfen. Durch eine Verwandte bin ich auf die Trafik Sturm bekommen und ich bin begeistert. Die Auswahl ist fantastisch,die Preise sind teilweise günstiger als online und die Betreung und Beratung ist erste Klasse. Für alles die E- Zigareten Shisha Tabak Zigarren und der gleichen suchen sind hier absolut gut aufgehoben. Eine klare Empfehlung von mir und ich habe eine neue Stammtrafik gefunden. I got my first orders from online shops because I didn't get anything useful in any tobacconist near me or the tobacconists told me that they weren't allowed to sell the nicotine liquid. I got to the Trafik Sturm through a relative and I am thrilled. The selection is fantastic, the prices are sometimes cheaper than online and the support and advice is first class. For everything that is looking for e-cigarettes, shisha, tobacco, cigars and the like are in good hands here. A clear recommendation from me and I have found a new master station. Lg
K	K W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kaufe dort mittlerweile regelmäßig meine Zigarren--schönes und vielfältiges Angebot auch bei allen anderen Rauchwaren und dem dazu passenden Zubehör, ein toller begehbarer Humidor mit einem reichhaltigem Sortiment...Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht und waren bisher immer freundlich und hilfsbereit... Was ich allerdings schade finde (obwohl ich natürlich absolutes Verständnis dafür habe ) - man darf nicht alleine im Humidor gustieren was mir persönlich etwas die Ruhe nimmt (auch wenn einem die freundlichen Mitarbeiter in regelmäßigen Abständen versichern das man sich ruhig Zeit nehmen kann.) Grundsätzlich Top und den 5 Stern gebe ich dazu wenn ich vielleicht in Zukunft, als vertrauenswürdiger Stammkunde erkannt werde und mir ganz in Ruhe all die schönen Formate aus aller Welt ansehen und mich dann komplett in Ruhe entscheiden kann. I now regularly buy my cigars there - nice and varied offer also with all other tobacco products and the matching accessories, a great walk-in humidor with a wide range ... The employees have tried hard and have always been friendly and helpful ... What I think is a shame (although I have an absolute understanding of it, of course) - you shouldn't be alone in the humidor, which personally takes some time off (even if the friendly staff assure you at regular intervals that you can take your time). Basically, I add the top and the 5 star if I may be recognized as a trustworthy regular customer in the future and can look at all the beautiful formats from all over the world and then make my own decision.

Die haben so gut wie alles was es gibt an Zigaretten, tabak, Shisha und Co, Dampfzeug....... Da geht man gerne rein. The happiest tobacco shop I've ever been. Super nice people and an extremely large selection. They have almost everything there is in terms of cigarettes, tobacco, shisha and co, steam stuff ....... You like to go in there.

Dieses Geschäft ist auf der anderen Seite super. Professionelle Aufbewahrung für einen kleinen separaten Raum für Zigarren bei 60% Luftfeuchtigkeit ? Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, dass ich meine Favoriten in der Zigarrenschachtel selbst und natürlich mit Hilfe des Verkäufers auswählen konnte. ? Ich werde ein wiederkehrender Kunde sein. It was a very pleasant surprise for me after walking through the Viennese cigar shops and I was just disappointed. This business, on the other hand, is great. Professional storage for a small separate room for cigars at 60% humidity ? I really liked that I could choose my favorites in the cigar box myself and of course with the help of the seller. ? I will be a returning customer.

Ich wurde gleich von Anfang an sehr freundlich empfangen - die Mitarbeiter sind sehr engagiert! Die Kollegin hat dann gleich den Chef geholt, welcher sich dann knapp 1 1/2 Stunden um meine Anliegen & Fragen gekümmert hat! Mir wurden stets Empfehlungen ausgesprochen, jedoch nie etwas aufs Auge gedrückt oder mit Druck angedreht. Ich möchte mich bei Herrn Sturm für die tolle Unterstützung bedanken und werde meine Zigarren nur noch bei Ihnen kaufen! I went to Trafik Sturm this week as I recently immersed myself in the world of cigars and had questions about my humidor. Right from the start I was given a very friendly welcome - the staff are very committed! The colleague then immediately fetched the boss, who then took care of my concerns and questions for almost 1 1/2 hours! Recommendations were always made to me, but nothing was ever pressed on the eye or turned on with pressure. I would like to thank Mr. Sturm for the great support and will only buy my cigars from you!

Also an appreciable selection of cigar equipment. Enormous range of Shisha tobacco. And of course all other products you expect at your local tobacco shop eg magazines, newspapers, lottery etc.
