★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr enttäuschend… wollten eine Beratung für einen PC keiner konnte uns helfen bzw. wurden die ganzen Infos vom Zettel abgelesen. Die Antworten auf unsere Fragen waren eher schlecht als recht… und wir sind natürlich ohne PC nach Hause gefahren..
 Unfortunately very disappointing... wanted advice for a PC, nobody could help us or all the information was read off the slip of paper. The answers to our questions were more bad than right... and of course we went home without a PC..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuschend Fernseher wurde dort gekauft funktioniert aber nicht so wie er soll. Laut Mitarbeiter keine Rückgabe möglich obwohl ich den Kaufbeleg habe… hab extra einen Fachtechniker bezahlt der den angeschaut hat laut ihm muss der TV repariert werden bzw ausgetauscht.. Frechheit sondergleichen .. werde nicht mehr dort einkaufen..
Very disappointing TV was bought there but doesn't work as it should. According to the employee, no return possible although I have the proof of purchase... I paid a specialist technician who looked at it, according to him the TV must be repaired or replaced.. Unparalleled cheekiness.. will no longer shop there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man muss wissen was man haben möchte, auf kompetente und ausführliche Beratung muss man in den meisten Fällen verzichten. Die meisten Mitarbeiter haben leider null Ahnung was sie da verkaufen. Man muss aber auch fairerweise sagen, das es zwei, drei Mitarbeiter gibt, die sich sehr gut auskennen.
Ansonsten gut sortierter Elektromarkt, man bekommt meistens alles was man braucht.
You have to know what you want, and in most cases you have to do without competent and detailed advice. Unfortunately, most employees have no idea what they are selling. But to be fair, you have to say that there are two or three employees who know their way around very well.
Otherwise a well-stocked electronics store, you can usually get everything you need.
