Ein Ipad Mini4 gekauft, Kreditkarte wurde belastet, aber dann doch nicht mehr verfügbar. Das Wochenende halt... nach telefonischer Rückfrage ob man eben nicht ein Model mit anderer Farbe stattdessen haben kann... natürlich.. aber zu einem höheren Preis... unseriös und nicht zu empfehlen. Ist für den Kunden dumm und mühsam, wenn man es für den Preis bei einem anderen Händler auch bekommen hätte, aber eben in Österreich bestellen wollte... Next time Ausland und dafür sicher. Schade, aber solche schwarzen Schafe gibt es immer wieder, das merkt man dann an der Kulanz, wenn es nicht klappt, dem Kunden, der schon bezahlt hat, noch den Rest rauszulaiern... --- Apparently again a dealer with lock offers. Die österreichische Post hat es nicht geschafft unsere Adresse zu finden (bin nicht sicher was ihr Job ist wenn nicht genau das...). Der Kundenservice von Elektronicshop24 hat am gleichen Tag noch auf meine Anfrage reagiert und unsere Bestellung noch einmal mit DPD losgeschickt - ohne Mehrkosten! und 2 Tage später war alles da! Great customer service. Fast and solution-oriented. The Austrian Post did not manage to find our address (I'm not sure what their job is if not that ...). The customer service of Elektronicshop24 reacted to my request on the same day and sent our order again with DPD - without additional costs! and 2 days later everything was there!

Haben voriges Jahr im Dezember bei Shop24 einen Lenovo Laptop gekauft , inklusive Microsoft 365 Single für 1 Jahr . Vertrag ist nun ausgelaufen . Habe nun eine Nachricht von Microsoft für neuen Vertragsabschluss erhalten und diesen Abgeschlossen ( Microsoft 375 Family ) . War nun im Geschäft und fragte um Hilfe , wie ich den Laptop auch für meine Gattin mit Microsoft 365 Family verbinden kann . Der Verkäufer gab mir als Antwort nur , daß ich selbst schauen muss wie ich zusammen komme , er kann mir nicht helfen , da ich das Microsoft Paket nicht bei ihm gekauft habe . Dabei wollte ich nur wissen wie ich meine Gattin bei mir dazu melden kann . Danke für die nicht geleistete Hilfe . Werden halt nichts mehr dort kaufen und es auch allen meinen Bekannten nicht empfehlen . Very rude, not helpful, so not recommended. Bought a Lenovo laptop from Shop24 in December last year, including Microsoft 365 Single for 1 year. Contract has now expired. (obwohl ein Rücktrittsrecht von 14 Tagen gilt) Na gehts noch? Frecher gehts kaum! Unfortunately I bought my tablet here. The device does not work and "ElectronicShop24" refers to the manufacturer.
