Zerry hat mir aber davon abgeraten und mir empfohlen meinen zu reparieren. Er hat sich für mich als Laie sehr viel Zeit für viele Fragen genommen. Hr. Zerry wollte nicht nur etwas verkaufen, sondern wirklich helfen. Ich kann diese Firma nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen. In der heutigen Zeit so ein Service ist wirklich schwer zu finden. TOP SERVICE - TOP ADVICE I actually wanted to go to Mr. Zerry buy a new laptop, Mr. Zerry advised against it and recommended that I repair mine. For me as a layman he took a lot of time to answer many questions. Mr. Zerry didn't just want to sell something, he really wanted to help. I can only recommend this company 100%. EDIT Schnelle Reaktion zwischen Anfrage, Angebot und nach Auftragserteilung auch Bestellung. Verarbeitung der Hardware absolut top und sauber sodass auch ein Laie sich damit zurecht findet. System macht auch optisch was her. Excellent! Unpackable good value for money. Good advice and patience even for a layperson. Calculator performs endlessly. Even after the sale, there is service, an open ear and, above all, patience for the concerns of the customer. Absolute recommendation. Er ist auf meine Anpassungswünsche eingegangen und hat mir bei der Auswahl der einzelnen Komponenten sehr geholfen. Er ist sehr kompetent in Sachen Hard- und Software und weiß bei welchen Komponenten das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Die Lieferung erfolgte sogar in den weihnachtlichen Feiertagen prompt und zuverlässig. Das Gerät war sofort startklar. Im Anschluss hatte ich noch ein paar Anpassungswünsche hinsichtlich des Betriebssystems und Markus unterstützte mich ca. 90 min über die Fernwartung - als kostenlose Serviceleistung. Hier werde ich garantiert wieder kaufen! Ich schätze vor allem das persönliche Gespräch mit Markus, der sich individuell darüber Gedanken macht, was der Kunde wirklich braucht. A dream from A-Z! I needed a high-end PC for video editing and Markus looked after and advised me very well. He responded to my customization requests and helped me a lot with the selection of the individual components. He is very competent in terms of hardware and software and knows which components are good value for money. The delivery was prompt and reliable even during the Christmas holidays. The device was ready to go immediately. Afterwards I had a few adjustments to the operating system and Markus supported me for around 90 minutes via remote maintenance - as a free service. Here I will definitely buy again! I especially appreciate the personal conversation with Markus, who gives individual thought to what the customer really needs.

The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable for the unit I bought. I got my unit delivered per post, but the "profi" delivery people managed to somehow drop the package and I found myself with a defective unit. More specifically the graphics card got totally ripped off the main board. Markus immediately reacted to my problem and handled everything in a very professional manner. He was very supportive and always responded promptly to my messages. In the end he built a completely new unit for me. Moreover he was kind enough to provide me a free of charge upgrade to the standard configuration (480gb SSD instead of 256), for which I am very grateful. So, if you are searching for a high-end computer (in my case this is really a monster) at a much more affordable price than anything else you'll find out there, I can only recommend the products from Zerry Computers!
