★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gehört zu den teureren Sportgeschäften. Früher konnte man hier im Abverkauf noch wirklich einiges an Geld sparen. In den letzten Jahren betragen die Abverkaufpreise aber nicht viel weniger, als der reguläre Preis. Das ist zumindest mein Eindruck.
Belongs to the more expensive sports shops. In the past, you could really save a lot of money here in sales. In recent years, however, the sale prices are not much less than the regular price. At least that's my impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auswahl ist halbwegs ok, zu wenig Personal, zu teuer. Sonst sagt man "im Notfall" geh ich wieder hin. Aber genau für Notfälle ist nichts brauchbares am Lager. Kann man radfahrtechnich auch gleich zum Obi.
Selection is reasonably ok, not enough staff, too expensive. Otherwise one says "in an emergency" I go back. But just for emergencies, nothing useful is in stock. Is it possible to ride a bike like the Obi?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kleidungsabteilung im Erdgeschoss ist sehr gut organisiert und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Leider läuft es in anderen Abteilungen den Bach hinunter. Ich wollte mir Tennisschuhe kaufen und habe ein Paar gefunden, das mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Leider gab es die Schuhe nur in Größe 46. Ich sah mich nach einem Verkäufer um, doch ich stellte fest, dass nirgends einer zu finden war. Ich brauchte ganze 20 MINUTEN um einen Verkäufer zu finden. Leider kannte sich dieser nicht mit Tennisschuhen aus, weil er für die Fahrräder zuständig war. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, weil ich Geschäfte kenne, wo der Kunde wesentlich besser behandelt wird. Ich habe die Schuhe übrigens online bestellt. Da hatte ich sehr viel Auswahl. Ich hoffe die Sportabteilung überdenkt ihr Konzept und vermeidet damit Rezensionen wie diese.
The clothing department on the ground floor is very well organized and the staff very courteous. Unfortunately, it goes down the drain in other departments. I wanted to buy tennis shoes and found a couple that I really liked. Unfortunately, the shoes were only available in size 46. I looked for a salesman, but I realized that there was nowhere to be found. It took me a full 20 MINUTES to find a seller. Incidentally, I ordered the shoes online. I had a lot of choices. I hope the sports department rethinks their concept, avoiding reviews like these.
