Die Abwicklung im Bestellvorgang war rasch und unkompliziert. Mit den Feiertagen dauerte die Lieferung trotzdem nur knapp 1,5Wochen. Die Spedition war freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch super flott. Sie hat wie vereinbart 20 Minuten vor Liefertermin angerufen und uns den Gefrierschrank ohne Probleme an Aufstellort und Stelle gebracht. Ich bin beeindruckt von solch einer tollen Leistung. Der Herr sollte sich einen anderen Beruf suchen, als Verkäufer nicht passend! Unfriendly employee who doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Sinnlos dort zu kaufen, bei Problemen mit dem Elektrogerät wird einem nur die Servicenummer des Herstellers in die Hand gedrückt und das wars. Ich dachte regional zu kaufen würde Sinn machen, aber vorallem lässt man gerne ein bisschen mehr Geld liegen weil man sich erhofft das einem auf kurzem Weg geholfen wird. Ich werde in Zukunft wieder bei Amazon einkaufen, diesen Service kann ich im Internet deutlich günstiger haben. No customer service at Gaschler. No point to buy there, if you have problems with the electrical device, you just give the manufacturer's service number and that's it.
