Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfbereit, werde ab jetzt nur noch bei Smythts einkaufen! My daughter is enthusiastic about the shop structure and I am enthusiastic about everything. Es hat vorne ein riss gehabt, wir haben es zum umtauschen hin gebracht. Obwohl es ganz schön sichtbar war hat Sie gemeint "da ist eh nichts.."!? Sie hatte ein Kindliches Auftreten wir wurden nicht ernst genommen. Nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung! Keiner kauft sich um dieser Preis ein kaputtes Auto! Wir haben uns verarscht gefühlt! Smyths toys Parndorf! The store manager is very rude and disrespectful! We bought an UTV VERTEX electric car for € 319. There was a crack in the front, we took it there to be exchanged. Although it was quite visible, she meant "there is nothing anyway" !? She had a childish demeanor we were not taken seriously. Not even an excuse! Nobody buys a broken car at this price! Click& collect ausgewählt für Simmering. Leider in Parndorf ausverkauft!!!! Auf eurer Webseite steht man bekommt spätestens nach einer Stunde eine Email das man es abholen kann. Ich hab am Freitag denn 16.04.2021 um ca.11:00 Uhr bestellt. Jetzt sind 4 Tage vergangen und ich hab noch immer keine Benachrichtigung bekommen!!!! Bis jetzt kam keine Email. Ich hab sogar schon 2 mal euren Kundenservice angerufen!!!! Da frage ich mich ja ,wer euren Kundenservice da eingeschult hat???? Die erste Dame hatte von gar nichts eine Ahnung. Und die zweite Dame wollte mir erklären,dass eine Bestellung bis zur 24 Std dauern kann. Ich finde es eine bodenlose Frechheit von euch das ihr auf eurer Webseite werbt das es nach 1 Std eine Email gibt und man kann es abholen im Markt. I will never order anything from you again or I will certainly not buy anything from you in the shop! Ordered a baby bathtub. Click & collect selected for Simmering. Unfortunately sold out in Parndorf !!!! On your website you get an email after an hour at the latest that you can pick it up. I ordered on Friday April 16, 2021 at around 11:00 a.m. Now 4 days have passed and I still haven't received a notification !!!! So far there has been no email. I've even called your customer service twice! I wonder who trained your customer service there ???? The first lady had no idea about anything. And the second lady wanted to explain to me that an order can take up to 24 hours. I think it is a bottomless cheek of you that you advertise on your website that there is an email after 1 hour and you can pick it up in the market.

Als ich einpackte gaben sie einen neuen Traktor in die Auslage. Eine riesen Frechheit Bought two tractors for my children. They said that they didn't have any more in stock and that I had to take an exhibit. When I was packing up they put a new tractor on display. A huge cheek
