★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prinzipiell guter Store, allerdings ist die Art und Weise wie mit Kunden umgegangen wird erschütternd. Es werden falsche Auskünfte gegeben auf welche man mit „patzigen“ Antworten und unfreundlichen Umgang rechnen muss. Man muss Fairerweise dazu sagen dass dies immer nur die gleiche Angestellte betrifft, welche meiner Auffassung die Storeleiterin ist.

Als Jahrelanger Kunde in diesem Store muss ich mich hiermit leider verabschieden und den Zuständigen lesern zu denken geben.
Basically a good store, but the way customers are dealt with is staggering. Wrong information is given to which one has to reckon with "snotty" answers and unfriendly handling. To be fair, it must be said that this only ever affects the same employee, who in my opinion is the store manager.
Customer friendliness - 0
As a long-standing customer in this store, I unfortunately have to say goodbye and give the responsible readers something to think about.
