Von der Serviveannahme über die Reparatur bis zur Abholung war alles sehr vorbildlich und vorallem schnell. Ich konnte mein MacBook bereits am 3. Werktag wieder repariert abholen. Andere Anbieter "verbrauchen" die Zeit alleine für den Transport zur Technik. Die Leistung hätte mehr als fünf Sterne verdient! My rating is not aimed at Apple products but only at the service offered by mac) office. From the service acceptance to the repair to the collection, everything was very exemplary and, above all, fast. I was able to pick up my MacBook repaired on the 3rd working day. Other providers "use" the time just for the transport to the technology. The performance would have deserved more than five stars!

Hier nimmt man sich Zeit und versucht nicht dem Kunden das teuerste Produkt aufzuschwatzen, sondern eine passende Lösung zu finden. Bei Problemen mit den gekauften Geräten wird schnell und fachkundig weiter geholfen. Ich würde gern mehr Sterne vergeben und werde meine Apple-Produkte weiterhin nur noch bei Mac)office kaufen. I have seldom experienced such competent and friendly advice. Here you take your time and try not to talk the customer into the most expensive product, but to find a suitable solution. If you have any problems with the equipment you have purchased, you will be given quick and competent help. I would like to give more stars and will only buy my Apple products from Mac) office.

Nach kurzer Sichtprüfung wurde mir mitgeteilt: Defekt ist Selbstverschuldet - Reparatur (in diesem Fall Komplettaustausch) würde 550€ kosten. Nach Absprache mit dem Mitarbeiter, wie das sein kann, das der Bildschirm innen defekt ist und außen komplett unbeschädigt, nahm ich mein defektes iPad wieder mit und versuchte mein Glück im Apple Store Kärntner Straße in Wien. Gerät wurde dort kostenlos ausgetauscht weil Überspannung im Display festgestellt wurde (daher innen gebrochen) Achtung bei diesem "autorisiertem" Händler. Broken iPad. Last week I wanted to bring my defective iPad Pro over for repair. After a short visual inspection, I was informed: the defect is your own fault - repair (in this case a complete replacement) would cost € 550. After discussing with the employee how it can be that the screen is defective on the inside and completely undamaged on the outside, I took my defective iPad back with me and tried my luck in the Apple Store on Kärntner Straße in Vienna. The device was replaced there free of charge because overvoltage was detected in the display (therefore broken inside). Attention to this "authorized" dealer.

Es zahlt sich aus, anstelle von "Bastelbuden" gleich zu den Experten zu gehen. Langfristig kommt das definitiv kostengünstiger und man erspart sich Mühsal und Ärger. Daher: 5 Sterne! M	Manuel F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich, schnell und faire Preise. Habe mir bei mac)office in einen älteren iMac eine SSD Platte einbauen lassen und bin mit der Abwicklung äußerst zufrieden. Donnerstags Abend kurz vor Ladenschluss abgegeben und am Montag war der Mac auch schon wieder abholbereit. Es wurde sauber gearbeitet und das System läuft nun wieder sehr flott. Danke, ich werde zukünftig bei Anliegen mit Apple-Geräten wieder bei mac)office vorbeischauen. Friendly, fast and fair prices. I had an SSD installed in an older iMac at mac)office and am extremely satisfied with the process. Handed it in on Thursday evening just before the store closed and the Mac was ready to be picked up again on Monday. The work was done cleanly and the system is now running very quickly again. Thank you, I will visit mac)office again in the future if I have any questions about Apple devices.
