J	Johnson McCocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Berater war zwar nett, allerdings hatte er keine Ahnung über die angebotenen Produkte und konnte uns kaum weiterhelfen. Etwas mehr Kenntnis über das doch überschaubare Sortiment wäre eigentlich zu erwarten. The consultant was nice, but he had no idea about the products on offer and could hardly help us. A little more knowledge about the manageable range would actually be expected.

Wir haben eine Uhr gekauft und extra noch zwei Mal nachgefragt ob es die richtige ist, die in der Verpackung ist und ob wir nachschauen dürfen. Der Verkäufer versicherte uns es ist die richtige, wir können aber nicht hineinschauen, da sie original verpackt ist, ich muss vorher bezahlen. Wir bezahlten also, und ich packe die Uhr sofort bei dem Schalter aus und es war die falsche Uhr drinnen. Danach ging die Diskussion los, er wollte sie nicht mehr umtauschen. Bis offensichtlich der Filialleiter die schon etwas laute Diskussion hörte und sich in das Gespräch einschaltete. Also einfach nur ein totales Chaos, und das in einem Apple Store nicht irgendwo Inn einem Elektrohandel!!!!!!! Poorly trained young employee. We bought a watch and asked twice if it was the right one that was in the packaging and if we could have a look. The seller assured us it's the right one, but we can't look inside because it's in the original packaging, I have to pay in advance. So we paid and I immediately unpack the watch at the counter and the wrong watch was inside. Then the discussion started, he didn't want to exchange them anymore. Until the branch manager obviously heard the somewhat loud discussion and joined in the conversation. So just total chaos, and that in an Apple Store not somewhere in an electronics store!!!!!!!

Dann der zweite meine dann haben sie eine Versicherung ? Ich nein habe ich nicht und dann meiner er gleich ohne zu schauen die Reparatur kostet um die 700 Euro .sehr schlechtes Personal dort. I broke the glass on the outside of the camera on the iPhone 13 pro Max. The camera works perfectly. The first of the employees said at the beginning that it was still under warranty. Then the second mean then do you have insurance? I no, I didn't and then he said he did without looking, the repair cost around 700 euros. Very bad staff there.

Today I went back and the salesperson on duty today was not very motivated, although he didn’t do much wrong. When I wanted to do my purchase it turned out that they literally only had 1 iPhone 13 Pro they could sell me, but in the wrong color and the wrong number of GB’s… very disappointing!
