Sagt dem Kunden , sie machen alles gut und der Kunde ist an allem Schuld wenn etwas nicht passt. The MA very nice, the boss quickly on sale but very aggressive and in my view ungainly. Tell the customer, they are doing well and the customer is to blame if something does not fit.

Die anderen Patronen werden (hoffentlich) gebracht. Although several toners are empty or nearly empty, only one cartridge is received. We could make a priority contract even though we are just across the street .... The other cartridges are (hopefully) brought.
