Fazit: furchtbare Beratung, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und ganz offensichtlich stimmt das mit dem Rückgaberecht auch nicht!! I wanted to exchange my mattress because I don't sleep very well on it. I bought it after a consultation that recommended this mattress to me! In any case, I wanted to give it back and the three advisors kept persuading me that my reason was not a real one. Conclusion: terrible advice, unfriendly staff and obviously that's not true with the right of return either!
