Ich habe 2 x das Model Visco Matratze COMFORT 20.5 cm 90x200 gekauft und die Matratze haben nach schon 3 Monaten leichte Dellen an den Liegestellen gehabt... Der Herr am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich und hat mir unterstellt, dass das ja nicht sein könne und ich Quatsch erzähle... Klar, ich macht das aus Spaß an der Freude extra großes Verpackungsmaterial kaufen zu müssen, mit deren Service zu telefonieren, eine Spedition zu beauftragen und mich um eine neue Schlafgelegenheit kümmern zu müssen. Fällt mir nichts mehr zu ein. Super dissatisfied with the product and the service! I bought 2 x the model Visco mattress COMFORT 20.5 cm 90x200 and the mattress had slight dents on the beds after only 3 months ... The man on the phone was very unfriendly and assumed that that couldn't be the case and that I was telling nonsense ... Sure, I do it for the fun of having to buy extra large packaging material, to call their service, a shipping company and having to find a new place to sleep. I can’t think of anything else.

Berger in Gmunden super beraten und die Matratze war trotz Sonderanfertigung rasch lieferbar. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder We bought a mattress for our camper. Der Grund für die Anschaffung waren immer wieder auftretenden Rückenschmerzen im unteren Lendenwirbel Bereich. Am Anfang war ich skeptisch. Das "Liegegefühl" ungewohnt. Am Rücken keine Änderung. Jetzt nach fast 2 Jahren kann ich diese Matratze nur loben. Keine Rückenschmerzen mehr. Absolut zufrieden. Man muß am Anfang etwas probieren, welche Härte für welchen Bereich am idealsten ist. I bought a module mattress in November 2019 (bought various roll inserts with different hardnesses.) The reason for the purchase was the recurring back pain in the lower lumbar vertebrae area. At first I was skeptical. The "feeling of lying down" is unusual. No change on the back. Now, after almost 2 years, I can only praise this mattress. No more back pain. Absolutely satisfied. You have to try something at the beginning to see which hardness is most ideal for which area.

Aber auf dieser schläft man wie auf Wolken. Lieferung verlief schnell und die Leute vom Service sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. The Visco mattress Deluxe is a dream come true. I used to have a water bed and thought I would never find a mattress that is anywhere near as good. But on this one sleeps like on clouds. Delivery was quick and the service people are always friendly and helpful.

Die Lieferung erfolgte bereits 2 Tage später. Wir sind total zufrieden mit dem Produkt und der Qualität und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar! Zudem hat man 10 Jahre Garantie auf verformungen. Der Überzug ist waschbar bei 60 Grad und allergietauglich! Würden die Matratzen wärmstens weiter Empfehlen! Wow, we were absolutely thrilled. The consultant in Gmunden was very friendly and competent. He responded to all requests and questions. The delivery took place just 2 days later. We are totally satisfied with the product and the quality and the price / performance ratio is unbeatable! In addition, there is a 10-year guarantee against deformation. The cover is washable at 60 degrees and suitable for allergy sufferers! Would highly recommend the mattresses!

Wir möchten keine andere Matratze mehr haben. We bought the Visco mattress MODUL. We think the individual setting options in terms of hardness are great. We don't want any other mattress.
