Verkaufsleiterin Petra Samhaber hat alles falsch gemacht. Extremely poor quality of the products. No accommodating with complaints. Upholstery broken after 5 months, washing machine broken. Sales manager Petra Samhaber did everything wrong.

Diese Verkäuferin scheint keine Ahnung von ihrer Arbeit zu haben, geschweige denn davon, was sie überhaupt im Geschäft anbieten. Es wurde in der Filiale Gmunden mehr für einen Artikel verlangt, als in der Filiale Ried. Auch nach mehrmaligen Aufmerksam machen glaubte die Dame dies nicht und wurde ausfallend sowie beleidigend. Artikel die dort sind, praktisch vor der Nase, sind laut Verkäuferin ausverkauft und nicht mehr erhältlich. Diese Dame sollte schleunigst ausgetauscht werden. Unfortunately, there is a very unfriendly shop assistant there. This saleswoman seems to have no idea about her work, much less what they offer in the business. It was asked in the branch Gmunden more for an article, as in the branch Ried. Even after repeated attention, the lady did not believe this and was precipitous and insulting. Articles that are there, practically in the nose, are sold out according to the seller and no longer available. This lady should be swiftly exchanged.

Wir waren bereits Kunde und werden wieder dort einkaufen. Very friendly, nice and accommodating! Even the telephone inquiries / coordination regarding online orders was surprisingly positive. We were already a customer and will be shopping there again.
