K	Karolina R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute mit meinem Sohn Gurgeltests hollen Wollen. Trotz anmeldung am Handy meines Sohnes wurde der Strichcode nicht angezeigt. Bei der Frage an eine Verkäuferin ob Sie wisse wie das geht habe ich folgende Antwort bekommen "geht mich nichts an was sie im Handy haben". Anscheinend gibt es bei Bipa keine Schulungen fürs Personal wie's mit Kunden umzugehen ist. Es hätte gereicht: tut mir leid ich weiss es leider nicht. Aber so merkt mann gleich wie Frustriert, Unmenschlich, Inkompetent und Unzufrieden manche sind bei der Arbeit. Ich gehe nie wieder dort einkaufen. Got gargle tests with my son today. Despite registering on my son's cell phone, the barcode was not displayed. When I asked a saleswoman whether she knew how to do it, I got the following answer: "It is none of my business what you have on your mobile phone". Apparently there is no training for staff at Bipa on how to deal with customers. It would have been enough: I'm sorry, unfortunately I don't know. But you immediately notice how frustrated, inhuman, incompetent and dissatisfied some are at work. I will never go shopping there again.

Obwohl in den Bipafillialen permanent Personalnot herrscht, wurden wir in dieser Filliale super beraten und das auf eine "" freundliche Art"" die man selten wo erfährt. Eine Gratulation an dieses Personal was auch an die Geschäftsleitung weiter gereicht werden sollte. Concerning Bipa Wien Hirschstettnerstrasse 35: I would like to thank you for the absolutely friendly and competent way in which we were served. Although there is a permanent shortage of staff in the Bipafilliale, we were given great advice in this branch and in a "" friendly way "" that you rarely find out where. Congratulations to this staff which should also be passed on to the management.
H	Helga Nitschke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter:innen sind immer sehr freundlich und bemüht einem beim Suchen zu helfen auch wenn ungeduldig Kundschaft schon 3x "Kassa bitte" schreit.....Produkte ist schnellst möglich nachgeschlichtet und immer im Regal....super seids, weiter so, bitte....Danke Employees are always very friendly and try to help you with your search, even if the impatient clientele screams "cash desk please" 3 times ..... products are refurbished as quickly as possible and always on the shelf .... great, keep it up, please ....Thanks
