Als stammkunde in Steffel: von dieser filiae in der rotenturmstraße werde ich sicher abstand halten. Besonders von der mitarbeiterin, die heute 16.10 in der früh gewesen ist. In this business you have either very good staff or very bad ones. I bought a gift of over € 150 and wrapped it up very quickly, somehow without a stitch. As a regular customer in Steffel: I will certainly keep my distance from this branch in Rotenturmstrasse. Especially from the employee who was there today at 16.10 in the morning.

Ich habe um 200 Euro Geburtstags Geschenke eingekauft ???Ich habe die Verkäuferin gebeten , dass Sie diese einpacken möge ??! Sie hat die Parfums in ein Geschenksackerl ohne Masche eingepackt! Und noch dazu in viel zu kleine Papiertüten danach hinein gedrückt!! Ich bin ein langjähriger. Stammkunde imStandort des Kaufhaus Steffl . Die Filiale in der Rotenturmstraße werde ich mit Sicherheit meiden !!!! In this perfumery I have never had a good shopping experience ..... On 2.05am on the first shopping day to Corona, an employee in the branch !!! I bought gifts for 200 euros for my birthday ???I asked the seller to wrap them up ??! She packed the perfumes in a gift bag without a stitch! And then pressed into paper bags that are too small afterwards !! I am a long time. Regular customer at the Steffl department store. I will definitely avoid the branch in Rotenturmstraße !!!!

Die Beratung bei den Nagellacken...die wirklich sehr hilfreich war, hat mich gleich 5 Lacke kaufen lassen. Die junge, sympathische und produktkundige Verkäuferin hat aber auch nicht versucht mir etwas aufzudrängen/einzureden oder mir unbedingt das Teuerste "anzudrehen"...ich fühlte mich einfach durchwegs perfekt beraten und betreut. Auch bzgl Düften hat sie meinen Mann und mich noch beraten und am Rückweg vom shoppingt - Düfte müssen sich ja erst entwickeln - musste auch noch das Parfum mit ;-)? Ich komme wieder! I was very enthusiastic about the service in the downtown branch. The advice on the nail polishes ... which was really very helpful, made me buy 5 polishes. The young, personable and product-knowledgeable saleswoman didn’t try to force / convince me or necessarily "sell" me the most expensive ... I just felt perfectly advised and looked after throughout. She also advised my husband and me on scents and on the way back from shopping - scents have to develop first - the perfume also had to be included ;-) ? I'll be back!
