Musste fast eine halbe Stunde in der Kälte warten. Dann bat ich die Verkäuferin die Daten wie Telefonnummern, Fotos etc... vom alten aufs neue Handy zu übertragen. Sie sagte dass sie das aus datenschutzgründen nicht mehr machen dürfen. Ich finde das sehr unhöflich denn so etwas gehört eigentlich zum Service von einem guten handyshop. Bin dann in einen anderen handyshop gegangen die haben mir die Daten dann netterweise aufs neue Handy übertragen. Wanted to buy a new phone last week. At first they didn't let me in because there were supposedly too many customers. Had to wait in the cold for almost half an hour. Then I asked the saleswoman to transfer the data such as phone numbers, photos etc ... from the old to the new cell phone. She said that for privacy reasons, they are no longer allowed to do this. I find that very rude because something like that is actually part of the service of a good mobile phone shop. Then I went to another cell phone shop they kindly transferred the data to my new cell phone.

War jahrelang Kunde, jedoch habe ich nun einen neuen, kompetenteren Anbieter gefunden. Extremely incompetent and unfriendly, unable to do their job. Laut Vertragsbedingungen wäre dies möglich gewesen. Ich wurde nach Hause geschickt und später telefonisch informiert, dass dies nicht möglich ist. Wozu schreibt man dann in die Vertragsregelungen so etwas hinein? Ich bin ratlos und fühle mich unglaublich hintergangen! Anscheinend braucht man einen Anwalt um seine Rechte bei T-Mobile geltend zu machen! Ich werde auf jeden Fall nicht so einfach klein bei geben. Due to a case of fraud, I wanted to cancel a contract and return the cell phone (contract 2 months old). According to the terms of the contract, this would have been possible. I was sent home and later informed by phone that this was not possible. Then why do you write something like that in the contract regulations? I am at a loss and feel incredibly betrayed! Apparently you need a lawyer to assert your rights at T-Mobile! In any case, I will not give in so easily.
