★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung: falsche Angabe im Internet beim Lieferservice! Habe das Lieferservice für 70,-- bestellt und damit eine Lieferung bis zum Aufstellungsort und eine Abholung des Altgerätes bezahlt. Es kam jedoch anders. Ich musste sowohl beim Transport des neuen, als auch beim Abtransport des alten Gerätes fleißig mithelfen! Im Internet steht allerdings: "Warum selber schleppen, wenn es auch einfach geht"!!! Kein Wunder dass Amazon so groß wurde!
Attention: wrong information on the internet for the delivery service! I ordered the delivery service for 70, - and paid for a delivery to the place of installation and a collection of the old device. However, it turned out differently. I had to help diligently both with the transport of the new device and with the removal of the old one! On the Internet, however, it says: "Why drag it yourself when you can do it" !!! No wonder Amazon got so big!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechtes Kundenservice! Habe vor 12 Tagen einen Samsung Fernseher gekauft. Eigentlich hätte ich ihn gekauft, denn ich hab ihn bis heute nicht. Lieferzeit 2 - 4 Werktage. Am 3. WERKTAG wurde ich zwar verständigt, daß der Fernseher bei der Fa. Wild beschädigt angeliefert wurde und daß ich 2 TWerktage später mit dem Fernseher rechnen könnte. Bis Dato sind wiederum 6 Werktage vergangen und nichts. Die Firma Wild hat sich nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht, mich zu kontaktieren!
Der Kundenservice bei Amazon ist besser und schneller. Kauf nicht im Ort sondern bei Amazon!
Bad customer service! Bought a Samsung TV 12 days ago. Actually, I would have bought it because I haven't got it to this day. Delivery time 2-4 working days. On the 3rd WORKING DAY I was informed that the television was delivered to the Wild company damaged and that I could count on the television 2 working days later. 6 working days have passed by now and nothing. Wild company didn't even bother to contact me!
Customer service on Amazon is better and faster. Don't buy in town but from Amazon!
