Nachdem die Mitarbeiterin, die uns "betreute", augenscheinlich ihr Passwort vergessen hatte und deswegen ihren Account nicht verwenden konnte, musste sie bei einem Telefonat mit einer offenbar kompetenten Person Fehlermeldungen, die sogar für Leien logisch sind, vorlesen und musste wie ein Kleinkind Schritt für Schritt durchgeführt werden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr unfreundlicher Herr arbeitet dort im Shop... ich war schockiert..wollte mein Anliegen erklären..der Herr dreht sich um und redet mit seiner Kollegin und mich ignoriert er einfach, obwohl ich mitten im Gespräch war... so unwohl habr ich mich nie in einem Geschäft gefühlt... hab auch bei Tmobile angerufen um mich zu beschweren...jedoch geht das leider nur schriftlich... also so vergraulen die nur die Kunden
A very unfriendly gentleman works there in the shop ... I was shocked .. wanted to explain my concern .. the gentleman turns around and talks to his colleague and he just ignores me, even though I was in the middle of a conversation ... so uncomfortable I never felt in a shop ... also called Tmobile to complain ... but unfortunately that can only be done in writing ... so they only put off the customers
