T	The Homp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute (31.03.2018) dort um mir ein paar Zeugnisse einscannen zu lassen. Die Mitarbeiterin sollte die Datei auf meinen USB Stick in einen dafür erstellten Ordner geben. Als ich wieder zuhause war fand ich im Ordner genau nix und die Datei war auch sonst nirgends am Stick. Ich konnte dannach auch nicht zurück zu diesem Laden da die Öffnungszeit bereits vorbei war Was there today (03/31/2018) to have some certificates scanned for me. The employee should put the file on my USB stick in a folder created for this purpose. When I got back home I found nothing in the folder and the file was nowhere else on the stick. After that, I couldn't go back to this shop either because the opening hours were already over

Wollte eigentlich nur 4 Passfotos für Visa machen. Einer der mitarbeiter, der übrigens sehr viel geredet hat und nicht auf meine Fragen eingegangen ist, hat es geschafft mir 16 fotis anzudrehen und leider war es wirklich andrehen wie am bazar. Ich kenne sowas gar nicht von Hartlauer. Vllt kriegen die Mitarbeiter jetzt auch Provisionen. Schlussendlich mit 16 fotos und 40 Euro leichter aus dem Geschäft gegangen. Gefühl war schlecht und habe mich tatsächlich abgezockt gefühlt und das bei Hartlauer. Zum Glück nur dieses Geschäft so 2 stars because the employees are right were sympathetic. On the negative side: entered the shop and was constantly looked after by 2 employees. Why? So little to do? Actually only wanted to take 4 passport photos for visas. One of the employees, who by the way talked a lot and didn't respond to my questions, managed to sell me 16 fotis and unfortunately it was really like selling at the bazaar. I don't know anything about Hartlauer. Perhaps the employees now also get commissions. Finally went out of business easier with 16 photos and 40 euros.
