Mir wurden keine teueren Verträge aufgeschwatzt und ich erhielt was ich wollte. Ein absolut empfehlenswerter top Service! I came to the shop with 3 cumbersome, time-consuming requests and I was served patiently, courteously and in a friendly manner throughout the entire process. No expensive contracts were talked into me and I got what I wanted. An absolutely recommendable top service!
D	Der Dude on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dermasen inkompetent und dafür auch noch super unfreundliche Bedienung. war danach beim Saturn und innerhalb von Minuten die passende Vertragslösung gefunden. Frechheit das sich sowas Magenta Shop schimpft und man jedoch bei jeden anderen Elektrohandel besser aufgehoben ist. Dermasen incompetent and also super unfriendly service. the right contract solution was then found at Saturn and within minutes. Cheek that something like Magenta Shop scolds and one is better off with any other electrical shop.

Was ich bemerkt habe ist, dass die verstecken Kosten für mittlerweile 3 Verträge die wir in der Familie beziehen, ständig größer werden. Habe inzwischen 4 Smartphones von T-Mobile daheim rumliegen die jünger als 4 Jahre alt sind, nur eines funktioniert noch. Und zu guter Letzt, seit dem zusammenschluss mit Magenta ist das Internet und die mobilen Daten extrem langsam geworden da anscheinend das Netz nun auf mehr Sim-Karten aufgeteilt werden muss. Kurz gesagt, weniger Leistung für das gleiche Geld! Es ist inzwischen sogar so langsam, dass ich diese tolle Bewertung fast nicht posten konnte! Hier zahlt man für Leistungen die man nicht bekommt! Zeit für einen Wechsel... I've been a customer here for over 5 years. What I noticed is that the hidden costs for now 3 contracts that we have in the family are constantly increasing. I now have 4 T-Mobile smartphones lying around at home that are younger than 4 years old, only one still works. And last but not least, since the merger with Magenta, the Internet and mobile data has become extremely slow because the network now seems to have to be split up between more SIM cards. In short, less performance for the same money! It is now so slow that I almost couldn't post this great review! Here you pay for services you don't get! Time for a change ...

Ich sehne die Zeiten herbei, wo man noch eine direkte Ansprechperson hatte. NACH wie vor erhalte ich Werbesms von dieser Firma, habe ich nicht verlangt ..............keine Chance das abzubestellen. Frechheit! These large corporations are disappointing. You hang on the line for a long time and are then often dealt with cheaply. I long for the times when you still had a direct contact person. I still get commercials from this company, I didn't ask .............. no chance to unsubscribe. Cheek!

Es ging um ein Handy und er wusste nicht, ob die Lieferung Mittwoch oder Donenrstag kommt. Er würde sich am Donnerstag melden und das hat er tatsächlich freundlicherweise gemacht. Allerdings war meine Freundin am Mittwoch dort um zu Fragen, ob die Lieferung kam. Und der andere Kollege meinte, dass sie dieses Handy gar nicht mehr kriegen. In keinem Shop. Ich solls online machen. Hab ich dann getan und bekam aber Donnerstag die Nachricht von dem freundlichen Mitarbeiter, dass die Lieferung kam u das Handy im Shop verfügbar ist ??‍♀️ Sehr schade, da ich so ewig warten muss und lieber den direkten Weg gegangen wär. Schade, dass der "inkompetenter" Kollege gesagt hat ich muss es online machen. I had a very friendly and competent employee in the Europarkshop. It was about a cell phone and he didn't know whether the delivery would be Wednesday or Thursday. He would be in touch on Thursday and he actually kindly did that. However, my friend was there on Wednesday to ask if the delivery was coming. And the other colleague said that they no longer get this cell phone. In no shop. I'm supposed to do it online. I did and got the message from the friendly employee on Thursday that the delivery came and the cell phone is available in the shop ??‍♀️ It's a shame, because I have to wait forever and would have preferred to go the direct route. It's a shame that the "incompetent" colleague said I have to do it online.
