Die vorherige Bestätigung der Komponente am Bildschirm passt gut zum Konzept und versichert das zu bekommen was man sucht.
 Have a lot of (peripheral) devices in stock at good prices. If you urgently need something great.
The prior confirmation of the component on the screen goes well with the concept and ensures that you get what you are looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ware ausgepackt (Router), größe leider für den aufstellungsort zu groß und somit wieder eingepackt. Ware unbeschädigt, prinzipiell unberührt und ganz genau so wieder PERFEKT verpackt wie diese original eingepackt war. (Besser kann man es bestimmt nicht machen/erwarten)
der verkäufer vor ort beschwert sich dennoch, dass die Packung geöffnet wurde. Die Packung kann man nur durch einen „aufreissfaden“ öffnen oder zerschneiden, denke nicht dass dies die präferierte Variante gewesen wäre. Anders ist dies nicht möglich.
Die retoure war bereits online angemeldet und es handelte sich nur um einen dropoff in der filiale. Es wurde schlechte stimmung gemacht, indem mitgeteilt wurde, dass das Produkt nicht originalverpackt ist. Der Verkäufer nimmt das Produkt aus der Packung und macht dem Kunden einen Vorwurf, dass es nicht originalverpackt ist. Besser ging es aber gar nicht, das Produkt wurde vorsichtigst aus der Verpackung genommen und wieder hineingegeben. Der Verkäufer bleibt unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert, fordert zusätzlich, dass eine Unterschrift geleistet wird, dass man einverstanden ist, dass das Produkt zur Überprüfung eingeschickt wird. da kauf ich nicht mehr ein. Muss man ja Angst haben, dass man sein Geld zurück bekommt wenn man von seinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch macht.
und man wundert sich wenn man dann auf amazon bestellt...sehr sehr schade, weil ich gerne den lokalen Handel unterstütze…
Unpacked goods (router), unfortunately too big for the place of installation and therefore packed again. Goods undamaged, principally untouched and perfectly packed again as it was originally packed. (You definitely can't do / expect it better)
the on-site seller still complains that the pack has been opened. The package can only be opened or cut with a “tear strip”, do not think that this would have been the preferred option. Otherwise this is not possible.
The return was already registered online and it was just a dropoff in the branch. A bad mood was made by saying that the product is not in its original packaging. The seller takes the product out of the package and reproaches the customer for not being in the original packaging. But it couldn't be any better, the product was carefully removed from the packaging and put back in again. The seller remains unfriendly and not customer-oriented, also demands that a signature be made, that one agrees that the product is sent in for inspection. I don't buy anything anymore. You have to be afraid that you will get your money back if you make use of your right of withdrawal.
and one is surprised when one then orders on amazon ... very, very pity, because I like to support the local trade ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online Bestellung abgeholt. Leider war es von meiner Seite her ein Fehlkauf. Aber die netten Verkäufer haben eine Woche später alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit geregelt.
Online order picked up. Unfortunately, it was a bad buy on my part. But the nice salespeople sorted everything out to my satisfaction a week later.

Bisher haben wir immer eine sehr kompetente technische Beratung auch mit eventuellen alternativ Lösungen bekommen und diese wurde dann auch innerhalb eines Tages von e-tec Mitarbeiter umgesetzt.
Ist die Lieferungen eingelangt, wird man sofort per Mail informiert.

So far we have always received very competent technical advice, also with possible alternative solutions, and this was then implemented within a day by e-tec employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked support via email how to return a product which I picked up at the store. Got a fast response "no problem within 14 days". So I returned the product at the shop here in Salzburg - completly unused, in the original box and not a sign of even having it unboxed. However, the guy at the counter told me right away there will be at least a 5% deduction no matter what. After telling him that I don't think we are going to play this game and a short discussion (and when he saw the product is in mint condition), I got the full refund.
I'm aware that e-tec is not a full-service shop but I expect to get at least the minimum service within my customer rights. I research what I need an barely ever return products - if I have to, I don't want to argue as if I were 16 years old and have done something wrong.
Anyway, e-tec lost a loyal customer today. Amazon and co a re sooo much easier to deal with.
