Termine wurden pünktlich und akkurat eingehalten. Bei Problemen rasch gefundener Ansprechpartner. Natürlich vielleicht nicht so günstige Preise wie bei den großen Ketten (- 1 Stern), dafür aber "familiäre Ansprache".
Multiple customer (washing machine, TV, etc.) with personal advice, delivery and installation, transport v. Old equipment - as far as agreed - very satisfied. Dates were met punctually and accurately. For problems quickly found contact. Of course, maybe not as cheap prices as the big chains (- 1 star), but "family address".

Was den Preis betrifft, habe ich beim online Vergleich dasselbe Produkt auch nur zum gleichen Preis gefunden, man sieht also, dass nicht nur die großen Ketten günstig sind. Ich für meinen Teil habe lieber einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort und keinen Ärger mehr mit dubiosen Servicehotlines, die mir dann einen Techniker aus Timbuktu schicken!

As far as the price is concerned, I found the same product at the same price only for the same price, so you can see that not only the big chains are cheap.
