Meine Steinschläge auf der Windschutzscheibe wurden trotz nahem Dienstschluss am Freitag noch repariert und der Chef hat extra gewartet und mir das Auto noch übergeben! T	Tina Kreiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind im, positivem Sinne, sowas von sprachlos. Uns hat bei beiden Fahrzeugen der Hagel erwischt, sodass wir es gleich der Versicherung gemeldet haben. Der nächste Schritt war dann, dass wir Lucky Car in Tulln kontaktiert haben. Wir hatten binnen 4 Tagen einen Termin zur Besichtigung der Schäden, einen weiteren Tag später schon den Anruf für die Reparatur der Schäden an den Autos. Uns wurde auch ein Leihfahrzeug gegeben. Beide Fahrzeuge wurden TOP von den Dellen, durch den Hagel, befreit. Es ist absolut nichts mehr davon zu sehen. Michael und Marina haben für uns alles super und professionell abgewickelt. Keiner hat uns spüren lassen, dass sie sehr sehr sehr viel Arbeit haben. Alle waren total ruhig und sind auf unsere Probleme eingegangen. Wir sind sooooo froh, dass wir gleich zu Lucky car gekommen sind. Wir hatten absolut 0 Arbeit mit dem ganzen Wegen und was sonst so dazu gehört. Wir können Sie nur weiterempfehlen und die Autos sind dort bestens aufgehoben. Die Autos wurden uns gesaugt übergeben, soetwas ist nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal für alles. Ihr seit einfach TOP. LG Familie Kreiner We are kind of speechless in a positive sense. The hail hit us on both vehicles, so we reported it to the insurance company straight away. The next step was that we contacted Lucky Car in Tulln. We had an appointment within 4 days to inspect the damage, and another day later we had the call to repair the damage to the cars. We were also given a rental vehicle. Both vehicles were TOP freed from the dents caused by the hail. There is absolutely nothing left to be seen. Michael and Marina handled everything super and professionally for us. Nobody let us know that they have a lot of work to do. Everyone was totally calm and responded to our problems. We are sooooo happy that we came to Lucky car straight away. We had absolutely zero work with the whole path and whatever else it entails. We can only recommend you and the cars are in good hands there. The cars were handed over to us vacuumed, something like that is not a matter of course. Thank you very much again for everything. Herr Mucha und sein Team bewahren steht’s ein Lächeln und man wird nicht wie eine Nummer behandelt sondern man merkt, dass man sich wirklich bemüht. Professionalität, Service und Qualität wird hier groß geschrieben! Ich bin ein Fan seit 2016! Lucky Car ist ein Franchising und es gibt tatsächlich große Unterschiede in der Ausführung als auch bei den Preisen. Lucky Car Tulln ist meine persönliche Nummer 1. Best Lucky Car company in Vienna and the surrounding area in terms of customer service and price / performance! Mr. Mucha and his team keep a smile and you are not treated like a number but you can tell that you are really making an effort. Professionalism, service and quality are very important here! I've been a fan since 2016! Lucky Car is a franchise and there are actually big differences in the design as well as in the prices. Lucky Car Tulln is my personal number 1.
C	Christian Fürst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung Teslafahrer, diese Firma wurde für einen Tausch der Frontscheibe empfohlen, es hat sich herausgestellt, dass dies eine nicht von Tesla legitimierte Empfehlung war. Beim Tausch der Scheibe wurden die Klimasensoren zerstört, der Fehler ignoriert und mir in die Schuhe geschoben. Durch den nicht sachgemäßen Einbau hat sich die Statik meines Model 3 verändert, daraufhin ist das gesamte Glasdach gesprungen. Ich habe schon mehrere Stunden benötigt, um die Schäden abzuwickeln, 3 Wochen eiskaltes Auto. Jetzt verklage ich die Firma auf den entstandenen Schaden und Einkommensverlust. Tesla hat sich fair verhalten und die Kosten für die Sensoren übernommen. Haltet Euch fern von dieser Firma als Teslafahrer. Pseudoexperte! Sollte sich jemand an meiner Rezension stoßen, ich kann alles veröffentlichen, alles dokumentiert. Danke für nix! When replacing the window, the climate sensors were destroyed, the error was ignored and blamed on me. The statics of my Model 3 changed due to the improper installation, and the entire glass roof cracked. It has already taken me several hours to process the damage, 3 weeks of ice-cold car. Now I'm suing the company for the damage and loss of income. Tesla acted fairly and covered the cost of the sensors. Stay away from this company as a Tesla driver. pseudo-expert!
