★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe leider keine sehr guten Erfahrungen mit dieser Werkstätte gemacht. Man fühlt sich nicht sehr willkommen. Wenn man den Verkaufsraum betritt, wird man nicht begrüßt und erst einmal ignoriert. Kein gutes Gefühl!
Das Basis-Service war für den veranschlagten hohen Preis sehr dürftig. Ein kostenloser Ersatzwagen war zur gewünschten Zeit nicht verfügbar. Auf der Rechnung war eine gratis Oberflächenwäsche ausgewiesen, von der nichts zu bemerken war. Auch wurde Wischerflüssigkeit verrechnet, der Behälter war aber genauso leer wie vor dem Service (ein Klassiker). Leichtlauföl wurde mir als spezielles "Hybrid-Öl" verkauf, um den sehr hohen Preis zu rechtfertigen.
Bei besonderer Behandlung bzw. besonderem Service habe ich kein Problem mit überhöhten Preisen, aber hier wurde ich wieder einmal enttäuscht! Ich kann mich den vorigen Bewertungen nicht anschließen und sie auch nicht nachvollziehen: Von mir keine Empfehlung!
 Unfortunately I have not had very good experiences with this workshop. You don't feel very welcome. When you enter the sales room, you are not greeted and ignored. Not a good feeling!
The basic service was very poor for the estimated high price. A free replacement car was not available at the requested time. A free surface wash was shown on the invoice, of which nothing was noticeable. Wiper fluid was also charged, but the container was just as empty as before service (a classic). Light-running oil was sold to me as a special "hybrid oil" to justify the very high price.
With special treatment or special service I have no problem with excessive prices, but here I was disappointed again! I can not agree with the previous reviews and also not understand them: No recommendation from me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr ehrliche Werkstätte. Tauscht nur, wenn der Defekt absolut sicher festgestellt werden kann. Habe in Internetforen von Werkstätten gelesen, die, auf Kundenkosten, munter drauf los repariert haben und das Problem war trotzdem nicht gelöst. Nicht so bei Toyota Keusch in Tulln! Sehr gut, weiter so!
Very honest workshop. Swaps only if the defect can be determined absolutely sure. Have read in Internet forums of workshops, which, at customer's expense, merrily going on repaired and the problem was still not solved. Not so with Toyota Keusch in Tulln! Well done, keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich, rasch, kompetent. Absolut guter Autokauf (C HR), aber leider zu lautes Motorengeräusch im Wageninneren. Hier liegt leider ein deutlicher Unterschied zu deutschen Autos wie bspw. Audi. Dafür kann das Autohaus natürlich nichts, würde jederzeit wieder dort kaufen, Service sehr gut und seriös. Extrem reifer Umgang mit kritischen Rezensionen und immer bemüht um Verbesserung, so es etwas zu verbessern gibt (siehe Vorrezensionen diverser Kunden).
Very friendly, quick, competent. Absolutely good car purchase (C HR), but unfortunately too loud engine noise inside the car. Unfortunately, there is a clear difference here to German cars such as Audi. The dealership can't do anything for that, of course, would buy there again at any time, service very good and serious. Extremely mature handling of critical reviews and always trying to improve if there is something to improve (see previous reviews from various customers).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetente und freundliche Beratung! Hier wird einem nichts "eingeredet" sondern auf Kundenwünsche eingegangen. Man wird durch den ganzen Prozess des Autokaufs sehr gut begleitet und es wird auch nichts verschwiegen. Hier nimmt man sich noch Zeit für eine ausführliche Einschulung - danke Herr Schiener - auf das neue Auto, bei der alles genau erklärt wird. Auch das Team ist sehr freundlich und hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Ich habe nur den besten Eindruck!
Very competent and friendly advice! Nothing is "talked into" here, but customer requests are addressed. You are very well accompanied through the whole process of buying a car and nothing is concealed. Here you still take time for a detailed training - thank you Mr. Schiener - on the new car, where everything is explained in detail. The team is also very friendly and did a very good job. I only have the best impression!
