Ich verstehe nur nicht, dass ein Wischerblatt nicht vorrätig ist!? Es kann eine ernsthafte Firma sein !!! Ich werde nie wieder dorthin gehen! Schönen Tag! Heute habe ich Sie wegen des bestellten Scheibenwischers wieder besucht, weil Ihr Kollege heute Morgen angerufen hat, um anzukommen! Zum Glück habe ich es nicht sofort mit nach Hause genommen, weil ich sehen wollte, ob dieses bestellte Wischerblatt gut ist! Leider war es nicht gut, dann ging ich wieder in den Salon und sagte meinem Kollegen, er solle nett sein, um zu sehen, was ich habe, weil es nicht gut für mein Auto ist. Dann brachte er mit einem Kollegen ein weiteres Wischerblatt heraus! Zum Glück war es schon gut für das Auto! Ich frage, was passiert, wenn ich nach Hause komme und ich bemerke, dass das Wischerblatt nicht gut ist! ???? Zum Glück ist das nicht so passiert! Was denke ich danach? Vielen Dank! I ordered a wiper blade, the seller told me to arrive the next morning! Unfortunately it didn't happen that way! I just don't understand that a wiper blade is out of stock !? It can be a serious company !!! I will never go there again! Nice day! Today I visited you again because of the windshield wiper you ordered because your colleague called this morning to arrive! Fortunately, I didn't take it home right away because I wanted to see if the wiper blade I ordered was good! Unfortunately it wasn't good then I went back to the salon and told my colleague to be nice to see what I have because it's not good for my car. Then he and a colleague brought out another wiper blade! Fortunately, it was already good for the car! I ask what happens when I get home and I notice the wiper blade is not good! ???? N	Nico Weingerl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Werkstatt wurde nach einem Motorschaden und einer Fehldiagnose einer anderen Werkstatt hierhin geschleppt. Leider kann man beim 2er nichts mehr retten da die Reperatur fast so viel wie der Kaufpreis war, jedoch ausgezeichneter Service und die Fehlersuche war um fast die Hälfte billeger als bei der anderen Werkstatt nur Fehler auslesen. Very good workshop was brought here after an engine failure and a misdiagnosis from another workshop. Unfortunately, you can't save anything with the 2 series because the repair was almost as much as the purchase price, but excellent service and troubleshooting was almost half the price of the other workshop just reading out errors.

Unmöglich den Empfang telefonisch zu erreichen. Kennen sich im eigenen System nicht aus. Abgenutzte Scheibenwischer werden als schwerer Mängel bei der Fahrzeugüberprüfung angegeben. Reparaturen werden veranlasst, wo keine notwendig sind. Musste nach Wien fahren, um mir ein Auto im 5-stelligen Betrag kaufen zu können. Verkaufen Servicepaket auf zehn Jahre, das nur mehr zwei Jahre gilt. Falsche Auskünfte. Ein Mitarbeiter wusste nicht einmal das BMW ein exklusiv Vertrieb ist ??. Kurz und prägnant…. Inkompetent auf allen Ebenen, geldorientiert im Bereich der Reparaturen, unfähiges Verkaufspersonal Rude and incompetent staff. A new appointment is necessary for every little thing. Sellers are disinterested and unable to provide support. Impossible to reach reception by phone. Know each other in their own system not from. Worn windshield wipers are reported as a serious defect in the vehicle inspection. Repairs are arranged where none are necessary. Had to go to Vienna to be able to buy a car for a 5-digit sum. Sell service package for ten years, which is only valid for two years. Incorrect information. An employee didn't even know that BMW is an exclusive distributor ??. Short and on point…. Incompetent on all levels, money oriented on repairs, incompetent sales staff

The issue I made an appointment for 2 months IN ADVANCE was ignored and when I reminded them after having exchanged 5 emails, I was told that there is no issue! I went to pick up the car and mysteriously it doesn't work again...WOW HOW UNEXPECTED!!! Moreover I cannot continue driving the rental I had for 1 night after I specifically wrote in every email that I need a car for multiple days consecutively if my car requires more work. Plus I am told that the emails where all these details are discussed are ''not important''. Unbelievable that this can happen at BMW...I will NEVER go there AGAIN!!!! I wish Google would let me give no stars!
