Einfache Handgriffe werden einem gut erklärt so das man als Leie auch zurecht kommt ! Die fünf Sterne sind genau richtig. I have been an Ortlieb customer for years. Very competent staff. The repairs are very good. Simple steps are well explained to you so that you can get by as a layman! The five stars are spot on.

B	Bill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bis jetzt zwei mal bei Ortlieb um Teile für für meine Stihl Motorsense bzw Honda Rasenmäher zu besorgen. In beiden Fällen ohne Erfolg. Das kann passieren, es gibt andere Firmen unweit davon wo ich sie dann bekommen habe. Was mich gestört hat war die Art und Weise wie ich beim zweiten mal behandelt wurde. Mehrmals hat man mich gefragt warum ich nicht zum Zgonc oder Lagerhaus gehe für Teile. Offensichtlich soll man nur bei Ortlieb die Geräte kaufen (der Honda Rasenmäher war ein Geschenk dass ich repariert habe), sonst wird man von oben herab behandelt, erst recht wenn man nur Kleinteile braucht. Ich bin deren Rat gefolgt und wurde bei Zgonc und Lagerhaus freundlich und zu meiner Zufriedenheit bedient worden. Ein drittes mal gehe ich nicht hin. What bothered me was the way I was treated the second time. I have been asked several times why I don't go to the Zgonc or warehouse for parts. Obviously you should only buy the equipment from Ortlieb (the Honda lawnmower was a gift that I repaired), otherwise you will be treated from above, especially if you only need small parts. I followed their advice and was served friendly and to my satisfaction at Zgonc and Lagerhaus. I won't go a third time.
