★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anrufen in einer Filiale - das war mal... Nach ewiger Warteschlange kommt man auf ein Tonband das mitteilt dass wohl alle Mitarbeiter beschäftigt sind. Habs mit dem Chat probiert und wollte eigentlich nur wissen ob man in Tulln oder Wien irgendwo auch fürs Motorrad Pickerl machen kann.
Da diese Anfrage wohl sehr ungewöhlich war und der Herr im Chat das eigene Serviceangebot nicht kannte versuchte er es seinerseits mit einem Anruf - allerdings genauso vergeblich wie ich. Ich soll doch bitte selber die ganzen Filialen durchrufen.
Ehrlich - da kann ich mir den gesamten Chat sparen. Zumindest einen Rückruf mit der benötigten Info hätte ich mir erwartet. Willkommen in der Servicewüste!
Calling a branch - that was back in the day... After a long queue you get a tape that tells you that all the employees are busy. Tried the chat and really just wanted to know if there's somewhere in Tulln or Vienna where you can get stickers for motorbikes.
Since this request was probably very unusual and the gentleman in the chat didn't know his own service offer, he tried to call him - but just as unsuccessfully as I did. I'm supposed to call all the branches myself, please.
Honestly - I can save myself the entire chat. I would have expected at least a callback with the necessary information. Welcome to the service desert!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winterreifenwechsel. Hatte den Termin eigentlich am 15.11.21. Leider wurde die benötigte Maschine, zum aufziehen der Reifen auf die mitgebrachten Felgen an dem Tag kaputt. Termin leider erst eine Woche später. Jedoch haben zwei sehr nette Mitarbeiter extra nach den Öffnungszeiten noch auf mich gewartet, damit ich mein Auto abholen konnte. Deshalb 5 Sterne!
Winter tire change. The appointment was actually on November 15th, 21st. Unfortunately, the machine needed to mount the tires on the rims that had been brought along broke that day. Unfortunately, the appointment won't take place until a week later. However, two very nice employees were waiting for me after the opening hours so that I could pick up my car. Therefore 5 stars!

Ein extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Team ,dass auch spontan und kurz vor Feierabend , noch eine dringende Reparatur durchführt.
Ab jetzt sehen wir uns bestimm öfters ?
So far I've been to ATU in Tulln twice in a short space of time and I'm simply thrilled.
An extremely friendly and helpful team that spontaneously and shortly before closing time still carries out an urgent repair.
From now on we'll definitely see each other more often ?
