schone Aussicht nach oben, aber sehr teuer Miete, schnell und billig gebaut, geringwertig - kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.
Conclusion after a year:
Nice view to the top, but very expensive rent, built quickly and cheaply, of little value - unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

Mit einem Norma Geschäft und einer Apotheke wo man gratis parken darf.
Very nice newly built building opposite the Il Theatro ...
With a Norma shop and a pharmacy where you can park for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wohne in der grünen Mitte „leider“es war im Nachhinein gesehen eine schlechte Entscheidung, in diesem Viertel kommt man sich fremd im eigenen Land vor. Der Lenauer Tower an sich ein schönes Gebäude aber mit zu hohen Mieten, wo ist hier das Verhältnis Quadratmeter Preis zum Standort. Für Österreicher zu unattraktiv wegen Standort und für andere „Mitbürger“ zu teuer. Ich bin gespannt wie sich das Viertel in den nächsten 10 Jahren entwickelt, gute Nacht schon mal im Vorhinein. Bis dahin wohne ich am Land??**
I live in the middle of green "unfortunately" it was a bad decision in retrospect, in this quarter you feel like a stranger in your own country. The Lenauer Tower itself is a beautiful building, but the rents are too high, what is the ratio of the price per square meter to the location. Too unattractive for Austrians because of the location and too expensive for other “fellow citizens”. I'm curious how the district will develop in the next 10 years, good night in advance. Until then I'll live in the country

I visited a friend on the 9th floor, the view of Linz was fantastic. Unfortunately, I can't say more about this.
