Bezüglich der Umgangsformen mit dem Bürger wäre hier eindeutig massiver Verbesserungsbedarf! The officer to whom I submitted my request was downright condescending, arrogant and know-it-all and did not even find it worth the effort to write at least a record. With regard to the ways of dealing with citizens, there is clearly a need for massive improvement!
I	Ich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht sehr professionell....da ruft man die freundlichen wegen Lärmbelästigung um 23 Uhr an und anstatt das sie froh sind das der Nachbar nach dem X mal auffordern von 3 Leuten doch von selbst leise gedreht hat Läuten sie meine Freundin aus dem Bett und diskutieren lautstark im Stiegenhaus das jeder Nachbar hört das ich angerufen habe......... Not very professional ... because you call the friendly people because of noise at 11 p.m. and instead of the fact that they are happy that the neighbor after the X asked 3 people to turn it quietly, they ring my girlfriend out of bed and discuss loud in the stairwell that every neighbor hears that I called .........

Es war 01:00 Uhr, Kellner räumt alle Tische ab, reinigt Bar/Kaffemaschine, sieht aber ganz genau, dass wir noch etwas zu trinken wollen (Service Taste beim Bowling gedrückt). Alle anderen Bahnen waren nicht mehr besetzt da es "kurz" vor Ladenschluss war. Eine von den zwei Diskokugeln baumelt die ganze Zeit hin und her, weil das Führungsseil sich gelöst hat (oder warum auch immer), nach 2 Monaten ist es immernoch. Ich würde mich darunter nicht hinsetzen wollen. Billard: Tische sind beschädigt, teilweiße abgebrochene Cues. Bowling: Eig. ganz gut, gefällt mir, Bahnen haben teilweiße mal einen Defekt, dass man das Personal rufen muss, aber nicht weiter schlimm. Raucherkammerl: Belüfung / Umluft gibts keine. E	Elke Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gleich das Auto von einer 80jährige Frau abschleppen, weil sie auf einen Behinderten Parkplatz steht, ist schon sehr übertrieben. Bei ihr werden leider gerade die Mietparkplätze umgebaut. Es war am 23.12 um 22:00 total eisig und der Parkplatz ist fast vor ihrer Haustür und sind wir uns ehrlich, es ist besser, das eine 80jährige Frauen, wenn es eisig ist, nicht zu weit gehen sollte. Wo anders stehen Leute den ganzen Tag auf einem Behinderten Parkplatz ab den Zeitpunkt, wo sie einen Strafzettel haben. In anderen Bundesländern bekommt man zu diesem Zeitpunkt eine Verwahrnung. Diese Aktion ist nicht schön von euch gewesen. Recht Rühmen braucht ihr euch mit dieser Aktion nicht. Wenn man eure Rezensionen liest, kann man sich schon ein Bild von euch machen. Denk mal darüber nach. To tow the car of an 80 year old woman because she is in a disabled parking lot is very exaggerated. Unfortunately, the rental parking spaces are currently being rebuilt.
