D	Dominik Martin (D. Martin) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Liste ist lange: Vor 3 Wochen: Mitarbeiter kam zu spät und dann hat der Videokurs nicht richtig funktioniert!!! Bei Vertragsunterzeichnung hieß es, nach 2 Jahren zahlt man statt der 20 pro Monat 25. Leider wurde hier von dem Werber GELOGEN !!!! Frechheit. Die früher guten VideoKurse wurden auf extrem schlechtes LifeStreaming umgestellt. Warum? Ehrlich gesagt waren die guten VideoKurse der einzige Grund im Studio zu bleiben. The list is long: 3 weeks ago: Employee came too late and then the video course did not work properly !!! When the contract was signed, it was said that after 2 years you would pay 25 instead of 20 per month. Unfortunately the advertiser LIES here !!!! Cheek. The previously good video courses have been converted to extremely poor life streaming. Why? To be honest, the good video courses were the only reason to stay in the studio.
H	Heftpflaster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe wie von vielen anderen Betroffenen erfahren müssen, das die Kündigungsproblem KEINE Einzelfälle sind. Flex Vertrag abgeschlossen, darauf gekündigt und wie es der Zufall will wird weiter Fleißig abgebucht und der vertrag läuft laut Datum noch ein Jahr obwohl in der Vertragsdauer "Laufzeit 1 Monat da steht". Clubleitung weis leider Nicht so wie das Personal vor Ort. es Wird immer wieder auf die Website verwiesen. Absolut intransparentes System. Es kann nicht einmal ein Mitarbeiter/innen im Studio irgendetwas bewirken oder einsehen.. Like many other people affected, I had to learn that the termination problem is NOT an isolated case. Flex contract completed, then canceled and as luck would have it, diligently debited and the contract runs for another year according to the date, although the contract period says "1 month term". Unfortunately, club management doesn't know as much as the on-site staff. it is referred to the website again and again. Absolutely non-transparent system. Not even an employee in the studio can do anything or see anything..
M	Mary N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlecht Kommunikation,Kundenservice ist eine Null. Briefe Mails wurden einfach ignoriert. Keine Ansprechsperson zur Coronzeit. Der Betrag wurde auch bei Schließung weiter abgebucht. Nun musste ich das Konto sperren, jetzt wir von mir der Betrag eingefordert. Obwohl ich nicht trainiert habe. Eigentlich schade,ist ein tolles Studio mit angenehmen Ambiente. Das stilllegen vom Vertrag hat auch online nicht funktioniert. Absolut abzocke, man hat das Gefühl es ist dem Betreiber egal . Auch hab ich den Eindruck die sind nicht daran interessiert die bestehenden Mitglieder weit zu behalten. So was von enttäuscht,
