★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lieber nicht erwähnen, dass man eine Rechtsschutzversicherung hat. Da ist die Einzige Beratung, man solle doch die Versicherung heranziehen, die in meinem Fall 120 € Beratungkosten übernahm. Hätte mir ein bisschen mehr Hilfe gewünscht, da ich ja auch schon mein Berufsleben lang, die AK-Umlage abgebe.
Better not to mention that you have legal expenses insurance. The only advice is that you should consult the insurance company, which in my case took over 120 € consultation costs. I would have liked a little more help, since I've been giving up the AK surcharge for my entire professional life.
