An der offiziellen Nummer hebt auch nach 5 min keiner ab. Keine Information über den Grund. Entäuschend. No one available. With the telephone number given after a claim, the connection is cut after one ring. Nobody answers the official number even after 5 minutes. No information about the reason. Disappointing.
C	Claudia Starx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Leihwagenüberbringer war sehr nett, das mal vorweg. Bedauerlicherweise habe ich einen komplett verschmutzen Leihwagen erhalten. Der Grad der Verschmutzung ist ungeheuerlich. Massive Staubverschmutzung, Brösel, Verklebungen, Lebensmittelaufbewahrungsbeutel vom Vormieter, Flecken am Sitz, eingetrocknete Saftflecken in der Mittelkonsole uvm. Eine derartige Leihwagensituation betrübt mich regelrecht, da diese Leistung einen Charakter der Geringschätzung des Kunden aufweist. Man denkt nicht daran, dass so eine Verschmutzung gesundheitsschädlich sein kann. Meine Hypothese: Subfirmen, die zu "sehr kosteneffizienten" Bedingungen Dienstleistungen erbringen, die jeglicher Qualität entbehren. Die Dame aus der Leihwagenabteilung, die ich nach der schmutzigen Leihwagenerfahrung angerufen habe, war sehr responsive und bemüht. Dem Übersteller und der Dame im Innendienst gebe ich die Zusatzsterne. The rental car deliverer was very nice, first of all. Unfortunately, I received a completely dirty rental car. The level of pollution is monstrous. Massive dust pollution, crumbs, adhesions, food storage bags from the previous tenant, stains on the seat, dried-on juice stains in the center console and much more. Such a rental car situation downright saddens me, as this service shows a character of disdain for the customer. One does not think that such pollution can be harmful to health. My hypothesis: Sub-contractors who provide services of "very cost-effective" conditions that lack any quality. The lady from the rental car department I called after the dirty rental car experience was very responsive and hard working. I give the transferor and the lady in the office the additional stars.
R	Robert F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Kundenorientierung. Bei Ersatzfahrzeugen wird nicht darauf geachtet etwas Vergleichbares zu erhalten. Weiterführung der Arbeit dadurch nicht möglich. Finde das gerade bei Firmenkunden wirklich unmöglich. Kundenservice geht anders!! No customer orientation. In the case of replacement vehicles, no care is taken to obtain something comparable. Continuation of the work is not possible. Find that really impossible, especially with corporate customers. Customer service is different !!
m	markus Engelsmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 2019 fahren wir mit Leasplan Autos. Ich hab den Sinn dieser Orginsation bis heute nicht verstanden. Für mich als Außendienstler ist diese Veränderung ein Absoluter Mehraufwand. Früher musste ich nur eine Werkstatt aufsuchen für jede Art von Service und rep. JETZT drei unterschiedliche Firmen (Glas,Karosserie, Service) absolut ineffzient. Das spart wo CO2????? We have been driving cars with Leasplan since 2019. I haven't understood the point of this organization until today. For me as a sales representative, this change is an absolute additional expense. I used to only have to go to one workshop for any type of service and rep. NOW three different companies (glass, body, service) absolutely inefficient. That saves CO2 where ?????

A	Alina Schindler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur grottenschlecht und unfähig - ein Stern ist schon zu viel, leider kann man nicht keinen Stern vergeben: Eine Abteilung weiß nicht, was die andere macht, keine Abteilung weiß wofür sie zuständig ist, niemand hat eine Ahnung von den Dingen, die sie beruflich machen - komplett inkompetent und unzuverlässig. Just terrible and incompetent - one star is already too much, unfortunately you can't give no star: one department doesn't know what the other does, no department knows what it's responsible for, nobody has a clue about the things they do professionally make - completely incompetent and unreliable.
