★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überaus freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter. Der Verkäufer Herr Hnidek nahm sich dann auch bei der Übergabe des Gebrauchtwagens für meine Frau die Zeit für eine detaillierte und kompetente Einschulung und koppelte sogar ihr Handy mit dem Radio. Sowas haben wir nicht einmal bei BMW erlebt. Klare Empfehlung!
 Very friendly and helpful staff. The seller Mr Hnidek then took the time for a detailed and competent enrollment at the handover of the used car for my wife and even connected her mobile phone to the radio. We did not even experience that at BMW. Clear recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es um Jeep geht ist die Werkstatt absolut nicht zu empfehlen!Die haben mir doch glatt das Türen justieren was sie verhaut haben beim letzten Mal verrechnet!!Trotz Garantie !!Und die Meldung ein Update gibt's jetzt nicht aber beim Service war die Höhe ,und dann funktioniert das RDKS schon seit Anfang an nicht und denken jedesmal es liegt am Sensor anstatt sich das Steuergerät anzuschauen.Und eines noch beim Neuwagen Kauf sind sie immer nett aber wenn ihr ihn dann Mal habt seht ihr durch die Finger da gibt's auch auf einmal keine Garantie mehr !,!
When it comes to jeeps, the workshop is absolutely not recommended! They just adjusted the doors for what they hit the last time! Despite the guarantee! And there is no update now, but the service was the amount, and then the TPMS has not worked since the beginning and always think it is the sensor instead of looking at the control unit. And one more thing when buying a new car they are always nice but when you have it you see through your fingers because there is also all of a sudden no more guarantee!,!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hätte eine Probefahrt mit einem Gebrauchtwagen machen wollen, am Telefon wurde zwar ein Termin vereinbart, aber es sei nur eine "kurze" Runde möglich - und das bei knapp 19.000 Euro. Anscheinend will dieser Autohändler keine Kunden bzw. braucht kein Geld. Vor Ort wurde man eine viertel Stunde ignoriert, weil bereits andere Kunden dort waren, der gewünschte Wagen war aber auch nirgends zu sehen. Selten so schlechten Service erlebt.
Had a test drive with a used car want to make on the phone, although an appointment was made, but it was only a "short" round possible - and that at just under 19,000 euros. Apparently, this car dealer wants no customers or does not need money. On-site one was ignored for a quarter of an hour, because other customers were there, but the desired car was nowhere to be seen. Rarely experienced such poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetent, freundlich, unkompliziert und vor allem auch im Sinne des Kunden bei der Problembehandlung. Mit meinem neuen Alfa werd ich in Zukunft das Service etc wieder hier machen lassen. Vielleicht paar Euro teurer als die Hinterhofwerkstatt, aber die kennen sich halt wirklich aus und man wird ehrlich beraten. Top, weiter so!
Very competent, friendly, uncomplicated and above all in the interests of the customer when dealing with problems. With my new Alfa I will have the service etc done here again in the future. Maybe a few euros more expensive than the backyard workshop, but they really know their stuff and you will be given honest advice. Great, keep it up!

Don't stand by his word. Guarantee is just an illusion. Overpriced and just want to pull the money out of your pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also, falls sich jemand überlegt Ersatzteile dort zukaufen ist Vorsicht geboten.
Ersatzteilgarantie ist nur in Verbindung mit Mehrkosten zu verstehen.
Auch wenn man dort über Jahre mit 2 Autos hinfahrt, und Service, Pickerl, Reifen, Ersatzteile kauft. Wird auf Kundenzufrieden keinen Wert gelegt.
Man wird behandelt als wäre es Ihnen egal ob man wiederkommt.
Es gibt genug andere Fiat,Opel etc. Händler oder Mechaniker die ihr Geld ehrlich und zufriedenstellend machen.
Wenn man sich Zeit, Geld und Ärger ersparenren will, sollten Sie nicht dort hingehen.
Alles eine persönliche Meinung, die leider auf mehrere Ehrfahrungen basiert.
So, if someone is considering buying spare parts there, be careful.
Spare parts guarantee is only to be understood in connection with additional costs.
Even if you drive 2 cars there for years and buy service, badges, tires, spare parts. No value is placed on customer satisfaction.
You are treated as if you don't care if you come back.
There are enough other Fiat, Opel etc. dealers or mechanics who make their money honestly and satisfactorily.
If the goal is to save yourself time, money and hassle, this is not the place to go.
All a personal opinion, which unfortunately is based on several honorable experiences.
