Wir kommen gerne wieder. Very nice landlord and a great house in a top location with a great view. Great bread service. Requests are met immediately. We would love to come back.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die für Fragen immer sehr schnell erreichbar waren. Der Brötchenservice hat super geklappt. Schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Zugspitze, auch von den unteren Wohnungen. Parkplatz direkt am Hause. Wanderwege direkt vor der Türe. Also insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Very nice, clean and well-kept apartment. Well equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Very friendly landlords who could always be reached very quickly for questions. The bread service worked great. Nice location with a view of the Zugspitze, also from the apartments below. Parking lot directly at the house. Hiking trails right outside the door. So overall very recommendable. Even for a longer stay.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich, Zu unserem Hochzeitstag war die Wohnung bei Ankunft mit Rosen dekoriert und es gab eine Flasche Sekt. Ganz lieben Dank dafür. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und hat eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles ist top gepflegt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen super Blick auf die Zugspitze. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum. Der Skilift ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Great cozy apartment. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. On our wedding day the apartment was decorated with roses on arrival and a bottle of sparkling wine. Thank you very much. The apartment is big enough and has a high quality equipment. Everything is well maintained. From the terrace you have a great view of the Zugspitze. On foot you are fast in the center. The ski lift is also very close. Car can park directly in front of the house. We will be back.
H	Herr Von und Zu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer einen schönen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie verleben möchte ist eigentlich goldrichtig in der Landvilla Romantika. Die Betonung liegt auf EIGENTLICH. Nachdem wir schon einmal Gast bei Familie Buchacher waren, wollten wir Ende Dezember 2021 wieder kommen. Leider war das Haus, trotz Resevierungsbestätigung und langer Voranmeldung, doppelt belegt. Wir konnten den Urlaub also nicht antreten. Da könnte man denken: „Kann ja mal passieren.“ und so vereinbarten wir eine Reservierung für Januar 2023. Nun ist der Fehlerteufel wohl weiterhin im Reservierungssystem der Vermieter, denn auch diese Reservierung wurde doppelt vergeben und wir können ein zweitens Mal, aus dem gleichen Grund, nicht wie geplant unseren Urlaub antreten. Eine absolute Frechheit wie da mit uns umgegangen wird und wurde. Das ganze Unterfangen ist an Peinlichkeit nur schwer zu überbieten! Wir werden nun selbstverständlich Abstand von einem weiterem Buchungsversuch nehmen. Mein Fazit: Wer Lust auf Nervenkitzel hat, ob der Familienurlaub statt finden wird oder nicht, macht mit der Villa Romantika wohl nichts verkehrt. Wer etwas mehr Planungssicherheit bevorzugt ist wahrscheinlich mit einer anderen Location besser bedient. If you want to spend a nice holiday with the whole family, then the Landvilla Romantika is the right place for you. The emphasis is on ACTUAL. After being guests of the Buchacher family before, we wanted to come back at the end of December 2021. Unfortunately, the house was double occupied, despite the reservation confirmation and long advance notice. So we couldn't go on vacation. You might think: "It can happen." And so we agreed on a reservation for January 2023. Now the error devil is probably still in the landlord's reservation system, because this reservation was also given twice and we can make a second time, from the same one Reason not to start our vacation as planned. An absolute cheek as we are and were treated. The whole undertaking is hard to beat in terms of embarrassment! We will of course refrain from making any further booking attempts. My conclusion: If you are looking for a thrill, whether the family vacation will take place or not, you will not go wrong with the Villa Romantika. Those who prefer a little more planning security are probably better served with another location.
G	Gregor Haupt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Lage mit Ausblick auf die Zugspitze. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Wenn noch mal in Berge, dann sicherlich in Landvilla Romantik. Great location with a view of the Zugspitze. Friendly and helpful staff. Apartments are very well equipped. There is everything you need. If you go to Berge again, then definitely to Landvilla Romantik.
