★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich - die Skier, die ich mir ausgeliehen hatte, hatten eine richtige Delle, gleich von Anfang an. Aufgefallen ist uns das leider erst, als wir bereits im Lift waren. Wir sind gleich wieder hingefahren - geglaubt wurde uns nicht. In einer sehr unfreundlichen Art wurde uns zu verstehen gegeben, dass meine Eltern für den Schaden zahlen müssen. Keine Chance, obwohl ich wirklich unschuldig war. Lieber die anderen Ski-Verleihe aufsuchen!
 Unbelievable - the skis I borrowed had a real dent right from the beginning. We noticed this unfortunately only when we were already in the elevator. We went right back - we were not believed. In a very unfriendly way we were told that my parents have to pay for the damage. No chance, though I was really innocent. Better to visit the other ski rentals!

Habe gesehen, dass gerade renoviert wird und bin schon gespannt wie es im Winter weitergeht!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brandneue Ausrüstung von Atomic und Rossignol bekommen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Am nächsten Tag wollte ich meine Ski- Schuhe umtauschen und sofort wurde geholfen ohne irgendwelche Probleme.
Get brand new equipment from Atomic and Rossignol. Very friendly and helpful staff. The next day I wanted to change my ski shoes and I was helped immediately without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij het halen van de ski's en schoenen geen problemen. Ik mocht mijn schoenen later nog omwisselen voor een andere maat en hier werd ook niet moeilijk over gedaan. Helaas was bij het inleveren van de ski's en schoenen de zaak gesloten. Ook terwijl ze al een uur geleden open hadden moeten zijn. Na contact proberen op te nemen werd er iemand gestuurd, maar geen uitleg gegeven hoe dit kwam.
No problems when getting the skis and boots. I was later allowed to exchange my shoes for a different size and this was not difficult. Unfortunately, when the skis and boots were returned, the business was closed. Even when they should have been open an hour ago. After trying to contact someone was sent, but no explanation was given how this happened.
