Accueil chaleureux, studio très propre, la propriétaire est toujours prête à rendre service et à donner de bon conseil. Petit plus, elle parle très bien français.

الغرفة سيئة للغاية لا تقارن بالفنادق الاخرى والقريبة منها مثل بوست صدمت للغاية كانت الاطلالة على موقف السيارات والمعاملة كانت سيئة للغاية تم اخذ 10 يورو فقط لاننا غيرنا مكان غطاء السرير لم نستخدم الغرفة بحثنا عن فندق بديل تجربة سيئة للغاية ومعاملة اسوء يمكن لأننا عرب!

Semi gut. Sehr netter Kontakt. Preise definitiv nicht angemessen. Sehr laut und hell, alles sehr klein, kaum Platz, um zu essen. Allerdings war es sehr sauber.

Positiv: die Wirtin gab sich Mühe feindlich zu sein. Sehr laut sehr direkt. Ich hielt es nicht aus. Den ganzen Tag wenn sie da war! Negativ: Wir hatten eigentlich kein Kellergeschoss gebucht. Meine Ferienwoche war komplett im Eimer! Fußkalt und ungemütlich! Im Wohnzimmer ne Küche ohne Spüle. Keine Couch oder ähnliches. Ein mickriger tv an der Wand, schief montiert! Vom Schlafzimmer aus schaut man von unten auf den Parkplatz! Vielleicht ganz gut für einen Auto Gutachter der sich nicht bücken möchte. Der andere Schlafraum extrem kalt ? so das wir beim Kind nachts die Tür offen lassen mussten. Die Dusche tropfte und das Klo hatte keinen Deckel.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf die Zugspitze. Die Gastgeberin Erika war sehr freundlich und der Brötchenservice hat den Morgen zusätzlich entspannt gemacht. Die Zimmer sind mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, nur der Balkon war etwas klein. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße, wodurch es morgens mit offenem Fester durch den Verkehr manchmal etwas lauter war, aber für uns trotzdem völlig ok. Sonst ist die Lage super, da vieles auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The hotel sits directly (1.5m) next to one of the main roads in the village and traffic NOISE was a BIG issue. We could hear farm trucks and cars driving past our bedroom windows late into the night and then from 4am onwards, every 15 minutes or so, a vehicle would drive past. In addition, the upper bunk in the master bedroom creaked loudly each time my young daughter made a slight move in the bunk bed - this drove us insane and we hardly slept. (There was another bunk bed in a small windowless bedroom opposite the front door but I didn't want to put my kids there as there was no air flow.) We had booked for a 4 night stay in July 2021 but swiftly checked out after 1 night despite not having secured an alternative accomodation (we were that desperate!). We didn't want to ruin our holiday with no sleep in this very noisy apartment (Room number 11) so we chose to forfeit our pre-paid fees than put up with the noise. Plus the "sitting room" was uncomfortable with outdated decoration. We feel it is very important for people to know the truth about this place because we were misled by the photos and description on the website. And we felt slightly cheated by the "balcony" which was just a very long narrow space fenced off from the carpark. On a positive note, the apartment was very clean. In the end, we went to the local tourist information centre where they had a list of available hotels/apartments for us to choose from. We ended up in Haus Austria (apartment no. 6) in Ehrwald and had a peaceful stay and would highly recommend it.
