PURE Resort Lermoos

Excellent new apartments opened summer 2016, book a room with mountain view, it has an amazing Resturant with a wonderful panoramic view, The Resturant is closed on Monday. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Check out at 10.00 am. Bad thing , check in 4 PM. DON'T book a room or apartment without mountain view or terrace. I booked an apartment with balcony. But I got no view. Moher hotel is good and closer to this hotel. They didn't put a bottle of water for us. The refrigerator is empty. NO AIR CONDITIONING.VERY HELPFUL And friendly staff. They put sugar coffee capsules and milk in small plastic container . They don't provide tea. Breakfast cost 16 euros Adult 9 euro children

We loved our stay here! We had a two room condo. The view off the back deck was unforgettable. The pool was about the size of a bathtub, but we didn’t plan to use it anyway. Too close to the mountains to not spend out leisure time there instead. The town of Lermoos is wonderfully idyllic.

Fantastic Place! Brand new bildungs and high quality Interior. All pics from Chalet 17. 3 bedrooms, 1 Master bedroom suite on the ground floor, as well as the fantastic living room. 2 more bedrooms and each with bathrooms and balconies on the first floor. All just really beautiful and the view is priceless.

This Resort deserves max 1 Star... Undiscussable is the mountain view and the clean spacious rooms. These are really great. The reception and the staff working there are ignorant and unfriendly. The lady at the reception was bothered with everything, not a single kind word and additionally very unpolite and unfriendly. We stayed in 1 Star Hotels in really bad places in this world and in high class hotels, but the service in this place is worser than anywhere I have ever been. The staff seemed to be disturbed by guests. No explanation for anything (Check out, procedures, where to find things eg Spa etc, working hours) . Rooms are not getting cleaned only when you book for a week (really now???). Along with that the distance from some of the small houses to the entrance and restaurant is quite far especially for older people. In the rooms is more or less 0 technical equipment. TVs are cheap with bad quality. Don't expect any items in the bathrooms or quality towels. That was a brief summary, for that amount of money never again and I d like to point out: usually the austrians are excellent hosts and they comfort guests amazingly. Not here! Keep in mind the restaurant in the same place deserves 5 stars from my side.

My friend and I stayed at Pure Lermoos for our first European vacation since the pandemic. We had a fantastic time and I’d attribute a lot of it to our stay at Pure Lermoos. ————————————————————— Excellent Service: Since I first inquired about booking, the service was always fantastic. They would respond to my emails within a few hours and were able to conduct conversations on the phone/in person in English clearly. However, what made service above and beyond excellent was the care they, especially Alexa, took in answering all of our questions during our stay. Additionally, she would check on recent closures and inform us so we could adjust our plans accordingly. From our conversations with her, she understood our travel preferences and would recommend things that she felt we would enjoy more. Even as we planned our journey for after Lermoos, Alexa and Bettina kindly shared their tips and experiences. ————————————————————— Great Breakfast: We took delight in the simple, yet delicious & nutritious breakfast delivered every morning included with our room. We got to choose without limit different types of breads, cheeses, cured meats, yoghurt, muesli, coffee, teas, orange/apple juices. I’m not usually a fan of yogurt nor muesli, yet I looked forward to these every day for the one week we were there. They also provided eggs, milk, and butter that we could use to cook more elaborate breakfasts. ————————————————————— Comfortable Accommodation: One of the main reasons we chose Pure over other resorts in the Tirol/Bavaria area was the apartments. We prefered the clean and modern decor of Pure to the heavily ornamented and dated Alpine guest house style more common in the region. The one bedroom apartment (#4) we stayed in was comparable in size to our city homes (San Francisco and New York City), so it felt comfortable to share for a week. More importantly, the layout was very functional and practical. The balcony was a great feature (I believe every apartment has this and it may be a common vernacular feature of the region). Our view was mostly of the church with hills beyond, but apartments on the other side of the building have a view of the mountains (stunning, but we saw this and even better views in our adventures everyday… so no problem). I also loved the bathrooms (deep bathtub, nice walk-in shower with good-pressure rain showerhead & hand shower combo, spacious vanity, separate toilet room for apartment #4). Oh, and we slept well on the comfy firm bed! And the walls were very well insulated because we couldn’t hear our neighbors from our apartment. ————————————————————— Convenient Amenities: Located by the Lermoos church square, the resort was a walking distance to public transportation and town shops. It would be a short drive to the Lermoos train station and they will gladly pick you up with a couple of hours notice. The resort has a small but nice spa (heated pool with a view of the mountains and town, sauna, steam bath, ice-cold shower splash). They can call a spas clinician/masseuse to your apartment (order two days in advance because the person gets booked very quickly). The restaurant has a good indoor & outdoor ambiance with a view and serves really good food (appears to attract a lot of non hotel guests as well). The bakery offers delicious pastries, chocolate truffles, and cakes. They also have parking and coin-operated washer & dryer. ————————————————————— Happy Guests: I would stay at Pure Lermoos again. Highly recommended for those who appreciate modern amenities and warm, personalized service! Take advantage of their seasonal deals if you can because they’re a great value! Also, worth noting that the people of Lermoos were very warm and accommodating. As two professional single women, who obviously looked like a couple of foreigners, we felt very welcome and touched by the friendliness of the locals. After the crazy year the world had gone through, it was the humanity we really needed to experience!

Wonderful, real Tirol feeling here. Lermoos is fantastic for winter holiday, Pure is one of the best in this region. My full recomendation.

Had a great stay with our family (6 adults, 1 child and 1 dog) at Pure Lermoos. Beautiful views, nice garden, high quality apartment with everything you need, excellent hospitality, nice swimming pool + wellness, skiing services nearby. Definitely a place to come back and recommend!
