I'm a turkish student from Germany with a mexican american girlfriend and the owner and the waitress showed us from the first second that they don't like people from outside the country, even if German is my mother language. The bill was way higher than expect. He didn't want to explain it to us, but after insisting he showed us that he charged us almost 8 euro for ketchup and mayonnaise. Not the 8 euro ruined my day, but the fact that in a devolved city like this they are still people with this kind of old rasict mindset. Please don't support people and places like this. Thank you !
A	Andrea Raville Thorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been so looking forward to my trip to Vienna and it has been one ripoff after another. This one may take the cake. Service was decent, not great. I'm used to eating out in the states where the staff works for tips and is therefore polite usually. I was expecting less overt politeness just based on what I've heard but I didn't expect to be overcharged and treated like an idiot. The food was decent but when the bill was brought out he charges didn't make sense so we told the waiter and he condescendingly told us what the charges were and we saw that we had been charged 4 euros for 2 ketchup and mayo packets! The ketchup and mayo was brought to the table with our food and we were not told that it wasn't included and we felt as though we were being targeted because we were tourists. Don't be deceived by the prices on the menu, because they'll probably charge you to use the fork.
