Wie man jedoch an der Textur deutlich sieht wurde die Hefe nicht lang genug ruhen gelassen, dadurch konnte auch der Boden des Brotes nicht richtig durchgebacken werden...für ein Brot, das als ganz besonders angepriesen wird und 7,60€ kostet (!) ist sowas leider nicht zu akzeptieren. Ich empfehle Josefbrot! Basically the bread tasted good. As you can clearly see from the texture, however, the yeast was not left to rest long enough, so the bottom of the bread could not be baked through ... for a bread that is touted as very special and costs € 7.60 (!) is unfortunately not to be accepted. I recommend Josefbrot!
0	0 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die besten Kipferl weit und breit, aber der Bäcker von Pöhl hat mehr Tage im Jahr Urlaub als er arbeitet. Deshalb bekomme ich nur selten meine geliebten Kipferl dort. Fast jedesmal wenn ich danach frage, wird mir gesagt das der Bäcker wieder im Urlaub ist :-( The best croissants far and wide, but the baker from Pöhl has more days of vacation than he works. That's why I rarely get my beloved croissants there. Almost every time I ask about it, I am told that the baker is on vacation again :-(
A	Andreas Lohmeier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pöhl am Naschmarkt ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wenn 100g 3,50 kosten, kosten 220g nun mal nicht 10€. Dazu kam dann noch die unfreundliche Frage ob wir es denn jetzt endlich kaufen würden. Wir haben dann auch auf den Kauf verzichtet. Wir haben an verschiedenen anderen Ständen eingekauft, bei denen der Service überall sehr freundlich war. Pöhl ist damit auch der einzige Stand, der entsprechend negativ bewertet wurde. Pöhl am Naschmarkt is not recommended. If 100g costs 3.50, 220g doesn't cost 10 €. Then there was the unfriendly question of whether we would finally buy it now. We then decided not to buy it. We shopped at various other stalls where the service was very friendly everywhere. Pöhl is therefore the only stand that received a correspondingly negative rating.
