★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was decent, but we found a hair in vegetables. Ough! They offered one extra drink to make up for it... In fact, they charge tap water... (2€!). Nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good ice cream chocolate, but they attempted to poison me with gluten by offering me with 2 gluten cookies, plus the cream from the sachertorte is really bad and made a friend feel bad!! But really nice customer service i would recommend.

Seemed short staffed, food sat waiting to go out to tables.
Was told cash only yet observed others paying card and manageress asking customer to give tips and then questioning why not when a customer refused which is not normal behavior in Austria. Dont bother supporting such people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast place which works from 8 am at Nachsmarkt. They offer a special menu for breakfast including an American, a Continental, a Wiener and other breakfast, but I rate with 4 stars because the food is almost tasteless, nothing super special. Perhaps there is not so special Austrian breakfast like we have an English breakfast. The menu is so wide, and this place is also for lunch and dinner, and cocktails , a lot of everything and nothing so special. I wouldn't come back, and there are some other places around for breakfast to try.

We've been in Vienna for a week and came back twice! Every time of the three was great!
