Dem Publikum gebe ich allerdings nur 2 Sterne, zu wenig Applaus am Ende und die zwanghafte Eile als Erster bei der Garderobe zu sein, ohne Rücksicht auf die Corona Abstands Regeln zu nehmen. Excellent performance, perfect ensemble performance! Is only topped by the gracious, nice and helpful staff. However, I only give the audience 2 stars, too little applause at the end and the compulsive rush to be the first to the cloakroom, without taking the Corona distance rules into account.
I	Ioana O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 44 tickets for the Bodyguard musical in Ronacher in category B and C. For 79 Euro/ticket in category C we could only see half (!) of the stage from the Loge, Rang 1. The head of sales was not helpful and only offered -25% off the price, in case we booked the musical again, for another date. I would reccomend to avoid booking any seats in Rang 1, as they should not be sold in category C. We are very disappointed by the service they offer. Die Verkaufsleitung ist gar nicht kundenorientiert! Schade um die netten Mitarbeiter, dass das Management so wenig zuvorkommend ist!
