C	Carina Poppe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich war heute gleich in der Früh dort, die Dame bei der Anmeldung war ausgesprochen freundlich. Auch die Ärztin bei der Blutabnahme war sehr nett, das System ist sehr gut, mit Nummer ziehen und Anzeige am Bildschirm und die Wartezeit war recht kurz. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!! I cannot understand the negative reviews. I was there early this morning, the lady at the registration was extremely friendly. The doctor who took the blood sample was also very nice, the system is very good, with a number and display on the screen, and the waiting time was very short. I highly recommend it!!
c	carl w. urasch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vermutlich nicht vertrauenswürdig... anmeldung extrem "eigenartig" und funktioniert nach 2 stunden mit mehr als 5 versuchen nicht... jedes andere labor ist besser. probably not trustworthy ... registration extremely "peculiar" and does not work after 2 hours with more than 5 attempts ... every other laboratory is better.

Die Empfangsdamen waren alle sehr nett und auch die Blutabnahme war in wenigen Sekunden überstanden. Dieses Labor möchte ich gerne weiterempfehlen. It was our first time taking blood with our daughter and will go there again in the future. The receptionists were all very nice and the blood sample was over in a few seconds. I would like to recommend this laboratory to others.
Y	Yvonne Poyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am freitag Blut abgenommen, am Montag über Laborcard entdeckt dass einige Werte fehlen (bereits zum 3. MAL). Ich habe angerufen ob man diese nachfordern kann, keine konkrete aussage am Telefon erhalten, daher bin ich ein 2. Mal ins Labor gefahren um das vor Ort zu klären. Die Werte wurden nach gefordert ohne erneute Blutabnahme. Am Tag darauf weiterhin fehlendes Blutbild, auf Nachfrage meinerseits folgt die Aussage es fehlt ein Blutröhrchen. Ich habe um ein Telefonar mit dem Abteilungsleiter gebeten, es wurde ein Rückruf versprochen. Der ist natürlich nicht eingegangen. Also erneute Blutabnahme erforderlich, ein anderes Labor aufgrund der bereits eingelösten Überweisung ja leider nicht möglich. Freundlich waren ja alle, aber was bringt das, wenn ich die Blutabnahme die ich benötige nicht bekomme und für eine Überweisung 2x gestochen werde (2x Infektionsgefahr und 2x Gefahr einer Komplikation) und 3x Spritkosten (eine Strecke 30 km) habe. Update: Es wurde seitens des Qualitätsmanagement mein Fall bearbeitet und zu meiner Zufriedenheit gelöst. Ich hoffe beim nächsten Mal klappt es besser. Blood drawn on Friday, discovered on Monday via Laborcard that some values are missing (for the 3rd time). I called whether this could be requested, but I didn't get any specific information on the phone, so I drove to the laboratory a second time to clarify this on site. The values were requested without another blood sample. The next day there was still a missing blood count, on my part I asked for the statement that a blood tube was missing. I asked for a phone operator with the head of department, they promised a call back. Of course it didn't come in. So another blood sample is required, unfortunately another laboratory is not possible due to the transfer that has already been paid. Everyone was friendly, but what's the point if I don't get the blood draw I need and get stabbed twice for a transfer (2x risk of infection and 2x risk of complication) and 3x fuel costs (one way 30 km). Update: My case was processed by quality management and resolved to my satisfaction. I hope it works better next time.

Corona Auflagen sind gut sichtbar aufgestellt. A very modern laboratory, very friendly staff, no waiting time. Very well engraved. I can recommend ? Corona requirements are clearly visible.
K	KÖ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man keine Haarprobe macht, sollte man das auch irgendwie kundtun! Und nicht einfach Geld für etwas verlangen, das man sowieso nicht anbietet.. aber trotzdem testet! Echt! Nur wenn ich muss, und auch nur weil‘s in der Nähe is! Aber abgesehen davon, alles wie immer! If you don't do a hair sample, you should make it known somehow! And don't simply ask for money for something that you don't offer anyway.. but test anyway! Really! Only if I have to, and only because it's nearby! But apart from that, everything as always!

Könnte ich 6 Sterne für diesen Standort vergeben, so würde ich das sofort machen! Everything great. It is rare to find such friendly and hard-working employees. Findings were ready 5 hours later and could be viewed online. If I could give this location 6 stars, I would!
