S	Susi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naja an der freundlichkeit müssen sie noch arbeiten aber da sollte man nicht zu empfindlich sein vielleicht waren die Damen nur etwas gestresst jeder geht mit Stress anders um. Aber die geilste verarsche sind die "Kundenparkplätze". Ich weiß nicht was die unter Kunde verstehen aber der Parkplatz ist voll mit den Laborautos das heißt für den Kunden sind vielleicht 5 Parkplätze frei und das ist schon großzügig gezählt. Also sollte man für die Parkplatz suche mehr Zeit einplanen aber wenigstens kann man ins K1 in das Parkhaus fahren. Well, they still have to work on the friendliness, but you shouldn't be too sensitive, maybe the ladies were just a little stressed, everyone deals with stress differently. But the hottest jokes are the "customer parking spaces". I don't know what they mean by customer, but the parking lot is full of laboratory cars, which means there are maybe 5 free parking spaces for the customer, and that's counted generously. So you should plan more time looking for a parking space, but at least you can drive to the parking garage in K1.

Die Ärzte dort waren sooo lieb zu unserem Sohn. Haben die Blutabnahme sehr spielerisch gestaltet und unser Sohn hatte gar keine Angst. Er hat sich so wohl gefühlt und nicht mal geweint! Wirklich Top! Davon könnten sich einige Kinderärzte eine Scheibe abschneiden!! Vielen Dank <3 We were there today with our 2-year-old son for a blood test and what can I say... we are so excited!!!!! The doctors there were sooo nice to our son. We made the blood draw very playful and our son wasn't scared at all. He felt so comfortable and didn't even cry! Really great! Some paediatricians could learn a lesson from that!! Thank you <3

J	John Blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, rude lady on the phone refused to give me the PCR test result after 30+ hours even though they HAD them in the system and then just referred me the pharmacy that was already closed. So basically doing a PCR test with them was just a waste of time and cause problems. Avoid using their services if you need a timely done analysis or PCR test. Complete ignorance and refusal to help.
