Frau Marina hat mir heute eine wunderbare Beratung zu allen anderen Sachen gegeben. Wunderbar. Meinem Wunsch bei Frau Claudia dran kommen zu wollen, wurde eingegangen. Sehr freundlich wirklich . Bin seit über 10 Jahren hier und zufrieden. ? A VERY GOOD TEAM. Ms. Claudia sticks wonderfully. The ladies at the counter are very nice. Ms. Marina gave me wonderful advice on all other things today. Wonderful. My request to get in touch with Ms. Claudia was accepted. Very friendly really. Have been here for over 10 years and satisfied. ?

I'll just go to the lab again?thank you
C	Cafe Sunrise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bisher mit Synlab Donauzentrum sehr zufrieden. Leider ist meine letzte Erfahrung (2022, 21. Jahrhundert) dort mehr als enttäuschend. Die Rezeptionistin dort führt sich respektlos auf und schreit Patientinnen auf einer demütigenden und abwertenden Art und Weise an. Das alles in einer medizinischen Institution. Wenn man die Rezeptionistin dann nach ihren Namen fragt, möchte sie diese nicht sagen und lügt, dass sie nur einen Vornamen hat. Jeder Patient/jede Patientin hat das Recht zu wissen von wem sie/er betreut beziehungsweise behandelt wurde. Und kein Patient hat es verdient, angeschrien zu werden, speziell vor so vielen anderen Leuten, und zwar von einer Rezeptionistin. Es ist ja die Hauptaufgabe von der Rezeptionistin Fragen zu beantworten und zu KOMMUNIZIEREN. So ein Personal betreut Patientinnen bei Synlab Donauzentrum, 1220 Wien. Wahnsinn und mehr als unverschämt und respektlos... So far I have been very satisfied with Synlab Donauzentrum. Unfortunately my last experience (2022, 21st century) there is more than disappointing. The receptionist there is disrespectful and yells at patients in a humiliating and derogatory manner. All this in a medical institution. If you then ask the receptionist for her name, she doesn't want to say it and lies that she only has a first name. Every patient has the right to know by whom he/she was cared for or treated. And no patient deserves to be yelled at, especially in front of so many other people, by a receptionist. It is the main task of the receptionist to answer questions and to COMMUNICATE. Such a staff looks after patients at Synlab Donauzentrum, 1220 Vienna. Madness and more than outrageous and disrespectful...

Die junge schwarzhaarige Mitarbeiterin (leider konnte ich mir den Namen nicht merken.) bei der Annahme super freundlich, Kompetent, konnte mir jede meiner Fragen beantworten und hat sogar bei meinem Arzt angerufen um etwas ergänzen zu können! Sehr bemüht!!!! In Zeiten wie diesen gerne gesehen, ansonsten wird man überall nur noch abgeschoben und herum geschickt! Blutabnahme einwandfrei, kaum gewartet, nichts gespürt! Befund kam am gleichen Tag per Email. ???????? Super-duper! The young black-haired employee (unfortunately I couldn't remember her name.) was super friendly and competent upon acceptance, was able to answer all of my questions and even called my doctor to be able to add something! Very hard!!!! In times like these, you're welcome, otherwise you'll just be deported and sent around everywhere! Blood collection flawless, hardly waited, felt nothing! Findings were emailed the same day. ????????

j	jiajia ji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, right outside the Donau Zentrum at Kagran, i came at 11 am for a blood test and urine test and i've got the result the same day at 17:55, amazing speed. I've not found any queue at 11am, we were only 2 people, i guess in the early morning is busier.
B	Bahar Botto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this lab if you want proper and reliable results. Me and my husband went here to do our yearly blood check and they messed it all up! Every value that we requested extra to be checked by our doctor, even though it was written on the referral, they did not run in the tests! We called them to ask why and their answer was "no no it was not there". I do blood checks about every 3 months and I have never heard such an excuse before. Most importantly, they mixed up my results with my husband's!! Unbelievable!!!!
