O	Otti B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe zuletzt das Labor mit einemStern bewertet, weil ich eine Ewigkeit im Warteraum wartete und nichts weiterging. Heute genau das Gegenteil, viele Patienten, trotzdem ging alles sehr schnell.Flott die Aufnahme und ganz nett die Dame in Kabine 4.Mit einem"schönen Tag" wurde ich verabschiedet. Daher heute 5 Stella! Last time I rated the lab one star because I waited in the waiting room for ages and nothing happened. Today exactly the opposite, many patients, but everything went very quickly. The admission was quick and the lady in cabin 4 was very nice. I said goodbye with a "nice day". So today 5 Stella!
R	R. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie schon so oft war ich Heute wieder im Labor. Am Schalter eine freundliche blonde Dame, Zimmer 2 die Beste überhaupt. Bei mir ist es wirklich schwer auf gute Venen zu treffen aber diese freundliche, flotte Frau schafft es immer. Einfach top und für ein bissi Humor nebenbei gehts sich auch noch aus. As so often, I was back in the lab today. A friendly blonde lady at the counter, room 2 the best ever. It's really hard for me to find good veins, but this friendly, lively woman always manages to do it. Simply great and for a bit of humor on the side, it's also okay.

Keinerlei Auskunft über Nüchternzeiten, daher ungültige Testergebnisse. Kurzum absolut katastrophal, auf keinen Fall wieder. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich gerne 0 Sterne vergeben. Incompetent information when registering, extremely unfriendly staff during treatment. No information on sober periods, therefore invalid test results. In short absolutely catastrophic, definitely not again. If I could, I would gladly give 0 stars.
J	Jasmin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Während des Hereinkommes fühlt man sich bereits als wäre man nur eine Nummer. Die Damen hinter dem Schalter beachten einen kaum und reden Bruchweise. Nach der Blutabnahme wird schnell und hastig auf den Erhalt der Befunde verwiesen sodass man den Stress der Angestellten mitfühlt. Als Angstpatientin wirklich nicht das richtige Labor für mich! As you walk in, you already feel like you're just a number. The ladies behind the counter hardly pay any attention to you and talk in fragments. After the blood is taken, the report is quickly and hastily referred to the receipt of the results, so that one feels the stress of the employees. As an anxious patient, this is really not the right laboratory for me!

O	Omar Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really bad experience I was waiting long time despite there was no one there. They were unfriendly they were yelling all the time with there noises. The bad experience when I went to the room number 3, the man who made the test for me was really incompetent I told him please do not my right hand the veins appear on my left hand more the the right, he was angry and annoyed he penetrated my hand very bad it was really harsh and harmful. After that I couldn’t move my hand as if it was an operation not just blood test there was a black and yellow bruise on it because of that incompetent man and workers. I have made blood test in a lot of places here this one was the worst one ever.
A	Anca Tigan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disaster. The one star goes to the competent and friendly lady who took my daughter’s mouth swab for a PCR. However, the results of said PCR have not reached me 30h later. The lady at the counter seems to make it her life mission to bark at customers even before they open their mouth and goes on barking and overcomplicating procedures until you don’t understand anything any more (my German level is C1 mind you so this is not a language issue). Tons of paperwork to fill, no option to get results by email, and a very very poor customer service. I am not holding my breath to ever get those results from this lab. Such a waste of time and resources.
